I requested the service from Geekk Squad so that the tv could be set up using only ONE remote. The person who came to do that was very knowledgeable and efficient. But I stll have to use two remotes and will have to have another geek squad person come out and do it again. My wife cannot turn on the tV , given the different operations that need to be done. Does anyone read these? And respond to this issue?

I was having issues with the sound mode settings on our new receiver. Jessica, who originally set it up, came out and fixed the issue while also showing me how to fix the issue in the future.

This was the first time I purchased a FireTV, and I couldn't pair it with the internet service. That led to Spectrum deciding the modem/router were out-of-date; however, the new equipment didn't resolve the issue, and the Spectrum help desk decided it was an issue with the TV. Enter the Geek Squad, who found an issue with the instructions Spectrum had given me. Great experience with Geek Squad, bad with Spectrum!!

Geek Squad came out to assess why AVR was not working. After a detailed examination and many tests it was affirmed that it was broken and needed repair or replacement. (It was pretty old). We opted for replacement and MichaelJuan recommended a Denon replacement which we bought from Best Buy.

Just needed some questions answered / we had questions on how fios and the streaming could be set up. Tv was not to our expectations. We have since upgraded to a Samsung from Best Buy and so glad we put your protection plan. We are now satisfied.

Called Greek Squad to fix my tv after Comcast was not able to fix the problem after an hour. The Greek Squad man solved the problem in minutes. He knew immediately what the problem was.We will only call Geek Squad from now on. He was excellent, so knowledgeable and efficient.

Even though I didn't use this man, he called me first and I explained what was wrong with the TV and he said Miss Vestal. You don't need a troubleshooting. You already did the troubleshooting cuz I reset it at three times. Said you need a appliance check to come out there but he was kind enough to set up my appointment for me and everything went well. I'm glad they called before they come.

It is exhausting to try to get in touch with Geek Squad. I have seriously contemplated dropping the service as most of the time I just finally give up before getting the help I need. This service call was the exception. When I stayed persistent and finally reached someone they were very helpful (and spoke understandable English) and guys on service call did a great job.
