My service tech was fantastic got my home theater system & tv sounding great. He was very knowledgeable & efficient. Tv & Receiver are now working as 1 unit.

We have only had excellent service from the Geek Squad from the initial installation of our new Sony T.V. to the recent trouble shooting appointment. The most recent appointment was with Matthew Brady and Lester. Excellent gentleman - very polite and professional and best of all very knowledgable. We also received a followup call a few weeks later. We are very happy.

We had a discrepancy on our bill. We went in to the store to get it resolved. A manager sat down with us and we went through all the proposals, billing, etc. With his help we were able to find the charge in question and we were credited. Problem resolved.

I had problems setting up YouTube TV who I was subscribing to through Frontier. The two lovely people who came from Geek Squad set it up and showed me how to use it. Also set up my sound bar correctly for me. I am very happy that they could come out to my home and set it all up. I am not tech savvy so it is nice to have this help from Geek Squad.

Updated my mesh WiFi. Took the time to ensure all devices connected. Checked connection speeds inside and outside my house. Did a great job.

The guys who came out to install our new TV were awesome! Super smart, friendly and professional. Took the time to help my husband with his hearing aid device attached to the TV and explain how everything worked. We always love the GEEKS! So sorry to hear this service is coming to an end. It has always put Best Buy above other stores because of the service. Poor decision.

I was having trouble with a couple of programs in this computer, spent 3 hours trying to get help figuring it out. Finally got an appointment with Geek squad at the local store. The tech listened to my problems, said he couldn't fix them because they were in confidential files. On the way out, an employee of this store asked if I was o.k. I told him my problems, and he said maybe he could help. went over to a station hooked it up explained to me how to find the places to change some settings, and solved my issues, all without seeing any of my confidential files.

The Geek Squad helped us, with an issue involving a connection problem with our Echelon spin bike.
