Geek Squad reconnected me to regular TV

The person assigned to my problem did not speak English as their first language. She could not solve the problem and scheduled a local geek squad member to come to my house about a week later. They local geek squad member correct the problem within five minutes. I would give him five stars! I am paying for explode technical help and would appreciate dealing with the local gig squad rather than the national!

Tech was well prepared to solve the problem

He asked appropriate questions, then set to work. My Smart tv could not find the modem (although all my other devices were connected.) He tried a few different solutions then finally had to do a total reset on the tv. He then coached us on which remote to use for best results.

Connecting old Bose lifestyle system to new TV

He communicated with me as to the time he would show up, or if he had an interruption and during the appointment explained the issue. Ultimately it was not something that could be addressed (since it is old technology not being able to mesh with the new equipment so I understood that.
