    The technician came out to replace the panel on my l g t v, Very professional he knew what he was doing and did it swiftly,, I like working with Best Buy. I. Also bought a lot of kitchen appliances from there. Sister store Pacific sales sincerely steve t united states army retired

    The person who consulted with us gave us great ideas about what to get for our apartment regarding TV's and sound system. The installers were supposesd to come between 8-12 and arrived at 1:30. They didn't have enough time to finish before our apt building made them leave at 4PM. The main TV is amazing as is the Sonos sound system but we have had issues with the second TV. Geek squad came to fix it but weren't able to fix it. Now we are waiting for them to recommend a replacement but they are very busy and we have to wait. Definitely a mixed review.

    The guys who came out to install our new TV were awesome! Super smart, friendly and professional. Took the time to help my husband with his hearing aid device attached to the TV and explain how everything worked. We always love the GEEKS! So sorry to hear this service is coming to an end. It has always put Best Buy above other stores because of the service. Poor decision.

    The technicians did an excellent professional job. However the associates at the store and the call center are the most rude, unprofessional people. This is the fourth or fifth time I notice this and I’ve heard from other people the same comments.

    We are very happy with our Samsung 55 inch smart tv. The picture is crystal clear and bright. The sound is also good. The picture when watching Netflix is also clear. We would highly recommend this tv.

    The agent Brian came was from the NE Philadelphia store was knowledgeable, courteous and figured out the problem in a short time and corrected it. That is why I keep my Protection Plan, but there has been changes to my existing plan by Best Buy and I will see how it effects my overall satisfaction with the it.

    Agent was in contact with me 24 hours prior to appointment and then arrived on time. He asked appropriate questions, then set to work. My Smart tv could not find the modem (although all my other devices were connected.) He tried a few different solutions then finally had to do a total reset on the tv. He then coached us on which remote to use for best results.

    Two Geek Squad members, Cassie & Robert, came to the house to diagnose a problem with our whole-house audio system. They were both pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. They reviewed the system, checked connections and ran tests. In the end they gave me their assessment and told me that they did not have the equipment for a final test on the suspected problem unit. They turned in their report and arranged a folllowup house call with a senior technician.
