Good outcome, however we paid a lot of money less than 6n months earlier for this home theater system and ended up forking over an additional $660+ to make it actually work. I paid for streaming services for several months when I couldn't get access. Best Buy should at least extend my Total Tech membership to compensate for all the irritation.

Omar help us and mounted the new tv we bought. The best thing I can say about Best Buy staffs Geek Squad are very professional and polite. We Seniors needed a staff that we can TRUST to come and help us for our technical supports. Praying and hoping you will continue to serve our community. Best Buy staffs keep up the good works! I have used the Geek Squad for the last 3 years. They have done set up on items large to small. They have even fixed my Ring doorbell that I purchased at a different store. The service has always been fast, professional and expertise outstanding. They are the first people I call. I am so glad to have to Geek Squad

After I cut the cable and added a Fire stick to my smart TV, my 2-zone system wasn’t working properly and the start up process was clunky and very slow. The Geek Squad technician was courteous, on time, and most important, fixed what was fixable given my 8 year old receiver. He diagnosed the start up problem and greatly improved the start up speed and convenience.

The agents helped us determine the problem with our set up and offered a reasonable solution which was affordable. They were very professional, polite and thorough in the set up.

My PC had been scammed. Geek SQ cleaned it and had it fixed the next day.

Geek Squad came out to assess why AVR was not working. After a detailed examination and many tests it was affirmed that it was broken and needed repair or replacement. (It was pretty old). We opted for replacement and MichaelJuan recommended a Denon replacement which we bought from Best Buy.

Issue was not fixed. A part needed to be ordered from the manufacturer. The technician identified the problem rather quickly.

I have a very unique situation that has been researched by a Geek from the squad, He's given me all the ins and outs of my situation, and I'm happy!
