Techs came to my house to program a remote for me. They were excellent in knowledge, personality and work. Brody, Will and Lauren were their names. Lauren was in training so they let her do the programing. But they're all very helpful in other ways like suggestions and even saw where my tv was king bad. He wasn't trying to sell me he just wanted to point it ot. Now I am on a conquest for a 77" LG.

The tech who showed up was very punctual m, professional, and quickly diagnosed the problem(s) and fixed everything! I have no gripe with the tech, but I should redo the rating I did in June regarding the crappy sound bar the associate who came to my house sold me!! It was used one time and never reconnected to the tv so now I have an obsolete optical cord!

The guys were awesome..... took 4 visits and some extra parts, but the end result was great.

Technicians are friendly, knowledgable and respsonsive if they need to return to continue addressing the issue.

The tech was on time great personalities, came in took care of my issue, very polite.

Geek Squad installed my firestick, showed me what to do, and had me practice.

They did an excellent job in cleaning up my laptop and getting it up and operating as it should.

Walter came out to work on my TV. He discovered that the problem was with Samsung and I had to get in touch with them and they were able to fix the problem. Walter really did a nice job while he was here and he was very kind and patient with me.

Our Geek Squad technician, Mark, is great. He is efficient, explains everything so we can understand and always gets the job done!

Excellent Service -appreciated the kindness and concern of technical advice. The device was sent for service upon their request. They worked patiently too find solutions. They did give detail information and instructions on do's and don't. They were reasonable and understanding. Thanks for your help and sevice.

IT tech, Caleb, has helped me tremendously on 3-4 occasions now making house calls since I'm an elite member. He explains things well while I write down instructions on what went wrong so I can handle this myself vs. calling them EACH time same problem crops up! Caleb is always pleasant, courtesy, and safety-conscious. I'm so happy to have Caleb as my IT tech/friend.
