I’ve worked with Leo before and he has truly spoiled me with his knowledge, amazing customer support and willingness to go above and beyond. I can’t thank them enough. Geek Squad to the rescue after new internet/cable!

Our internet/cable provider changed and the sound system was messed up. The Geek Squad returned and was able to restore everything and fix the speakers and remotes to work more efficiently than before! I am glad I have this service!

She did a complete check and discovered it was a problem with my Harmony remote. She got me up and running and explained what I needed to know to make my system operating again She is the best and knows her stuff! Thanks so much!

A VERY GOOD GEEK!

He actually ended up showing me how to use my TV and figured out what was wrong with my remote. Now I can enjoy the MAX I've been paying for for the past six years, not to mention all the other features my TV has. I advised him to not get old.

Good tech service but....

I paid for streaming services for several months when I couldn't get access. Best Buy should at least extend my Total Tech membership to compensate for all the irritation.
