    When we changed our router we meeded help with getting our soundsystem reconnected. The “geeks” were very friendly and professional and solved the issue promptly.

    I am a bit perplexed as to what was covered on my trouble shooting purchase. In store I paid $199.00 for one year of i home tech help with my TV, PC, Laptop all synched with my phone. When tech arrived I was advised $99.00 would be credited as in store and in the field tech are different charges. I have not received this credit one month later. I did receive most excellent help from the tech.

    Matt and his coworker installed our Arlo outdoor cameras for us. They were both very knowledgeable about their job. My husband and I are completely satisfied with the geek squad that did the work for us.Any time that we have to have anything installed we would like to have Matt and his coworker be the ones to do it for us. They are very dependable and knowledgeable about their job.

    They were great! They came out to the house and immediately found that I had purchased the wrong in Home experience based on the guidance from the 1800 number. They refunded me the cost that I paid without question understanding that it was a miscommunication. Thanks Best Buy! Thats why I have purchased through you all for the past 15+ years!

    Geek Squad check my Cable Equipment

    I told Them that I was cutting the cord with the Cable company and was ordering my own equipment including a Cable Modem and I was told that when I receive the items to call and set up an appointment for the Geek Squad to come out and completely transfer everything. At this time I am awaiting the equipment.
