I have a very unique situation that has been researched by a Geek from the squad, He's given me all the ins and outs of my situation, and I'm happy!

This set up did the trick on my older flatscreen! Yay!

Geek squad was awesome. Squad team were very profession and handled the work efficiently. They even hooked up my existing speaker speaker with the newly purchased TV.

Excellent, the representative got everything up and running as needed.

My Geek was really nice and very patient. He actually ended up showing me how to use my TV and figured out what was wrong with my remote. Now I can enjoy the MAX I've been paying for for the past six years, not to mention all the other features my TV has. I advised him to not get old.

I just renewed my geek squad contract. I liked the older version better where you didnt have to pay for a service call. If i am am paying 100. Everytime they cime that really adds up. I dont think i will renew after this is over. The sevice has been great tho

The agent spent all day trouble shooting our problem as well as installing the Eros web and modem. She was attentuve and made sure we understood ehat she was doing. While it did not solve all our issues, we appreciated her professionalism and determination.

Cameron and Mat did a great job installing the EERO 6 Tri Ban Mesh device in our home today. The were very pleasant and patient with us. Once configures the ensured all our Devices were functioning and had strong signal, I now have internet in my detached shop. The agent connected my soundbar to my TV and showed me the various ways to adjust the high and low pitch of the sound. He was friendly and courteous . He also connected the Bass Box to the soundbar. I highly recommend the Geek Squad.
