    2 folks from Geek squad came to home per our appointment. They were here for about 45 min. During that time they hear my sad story about how my remote was no long functioning properly. They jumped on that problem quickly, determining that new firmware needed to be downloaded and some configuration adjustments to the remote were also required. When they completed I was back in business with a properly working remote!!

    I just renewed my geek squad contract. I liked the older version better where you didnt have to pay for a service call. If i am am paying 100. Everytime they cime that really adds up. I dont think i will renew after this is over. The sevice has been great tho

    The Squad hooked up my new SMART TV. I am 69 and had never had a SMART TV so they gave me TV training for the SMART TV. They were very patient. I also had to ask for a second Geek Squad visit because of my slow learning curve! This squad was also excellent and understood my lack of Smart TV experience! Thank them for their kindness a d patience.

    The product is excellent but it took two additional house service visits to finally get the TV working as it should. During the last visit, I was told my speaker and amplifier was too old for the new TV and should be upgraded. Too bay I was not told this at the beginning.

    the worst experience ever, i bought a refrigerator first delivery team damaged the door and tried to say they did not notice it, no covid 19 procedures were followed at all, they were very rude and un professional, scheduled second appt. for delivery and made clear that i need them to follow proper covid 19 procedure, again no mask no nothing, tried to reach out to customer service, no response back, tried to reach out to the store where i bought it from was told i had to call appliance department very rude, got put on hold forever then got hung up on, what more can i say i tried !!!!

    I was relieved at how quickly the Squad placed me on their schedule and how quickly they fixed the problem with my home theater system. I was also happy that they gave me easy instructions on what to do in case I pushed the wrong button again. Thanks Geek Squad, for simplifying the ‘techy’ stuff, and for being really nice people. I appreciate you!!

    Great service and wonderful knowledge. We felt as though we were truly talking to some technology geeks! Just as advertised. We were about to invest in another TV and they were very helpful in some extra advice related to that purchase as well and we went with their recommendations!

    I was having trouble getting my sound bar volume to work with the remote and since I have total tech support I had a Geek Squad tech come to fix it. Nathan Sprague not only got the volume working in record time but he got the sound bar programmed to the cable remote so everything works with one remote. Since I have Total Tech Support this in home support didn’t cost me for this service. I highly recommend the Total Tech Support package. I will never be without it.

    My Geek was really nice and very patient. He actually ended up showing me how to use my TV and figured out what was wrong with my remote. Now I can enjoy the MAX I've been paying for for the past six years, not to mention all the other features my TV has. I advised him to not get old.

    my experience was delightful. My tech came out and untangled a great mess of older installations so that I could access all my devices from one remote (instead of 3!). He was patient and explained what he was doing, and, though he, bemoaned the difficulties of trying to get older technology to talk to newer ( I am sorry for that), he succeeded and I am very happy to be able to keep up with just one remote now!

    Lost connection between TV and Dish Receiver so no picture. System is entirely to complicated for average person to fix themselves however after about 40 minutes the two Geeks sent found and fixed the problem. The Samsung 4K DVD player took control of the TV when it was turned on during dusting and did not release control when turned off. I was told the Geek who installed it set it up that way not knowing it would not relinquish control once turned off. If this should happen again GEEKS I will expect a free FIX.
