I was relieved at how quickly the Squad placed me on their schedule and how quickly they fixed the problem with my home theater system. I was also happy that they gave me easy instructions on what to do in case I pushed the wrong button again. Thanks Geek Squad, for simplifying the ‘techy’ stuff, and for being really nice people. Thomas the agent solved my connectivity problem in short order.

Issue was not fixed. A part needed to be ordered from the manufacturer. The technician identified the problem rather quickly.

The agent mounted our TV and connected everything perfectly.

Agent David from Geek Squad got my existing computer and existing printer talking to each other and I can now print. He also found found some threats to my systems that he corrected. He cleaned up problems. I can now get back to working normally. Great Customer service. He needs a raise or a gold medal. Thank him.

I was having trouble with a couple of programs in this computer, spent 3 hours trying to get help figuring it out. Finally got an appointment with Geek squad at the local store. The tech listened to my problems, said he couldn't fix them because they were in confidential files. On the way out, an employee of this store asked if I was o.k. I told him my problems, and he said maybe he could help. went over to a station hooked it up explained to me how to find the places to change some settings, and solved my issues, all without seeing any of my confidential files.

Our TV is fixed. Good job!!! No problem encountered.

I am a low technology girl when it comes to set up of new systems and devices. I switched to an Apple box from Spectrum for the cost savings. When I couldn't figure out how to hook things up I was so thrilled to know I have Geek Squad in my tool chest to help me. They came out a day after my request and solved the problem within 30 minutes.

Matt and his coworker installed our Arlo outdoor cameras for us. They were both very knowledgeable about their job. My husband and I are completely satisfied with the geek squad that did the work for us.Any time that we have to have anything installed we would like to have Matt and his coworker be the ones to do it for us. They are very dependable and knowledgeable about their job.

Great service and wonderful knowledge. We felt as though we were truly talking to some technology geeks! Just as advertised. We were about to invest in another TV and they were very helpful in some extra advice related to that purchase as well and we went with their recommendations!

He did a great job identifying and fixing the problem we had. Unfortunately, the problem was created by the Best Buy folks who installed the TV in the 1st place. They used the wrong cable - one dimensional as opposed to two. I think we should not have had to pay for this service.
