The team corrected several technical issues I was having with an existing tv surround sound system I had installed and were very helpful in explaining how it worked.

We were having issues with our soundbar and the Geek Squad staff did a great job getting it going.

I was experiencing tech issues with my home computer. I had just had a Geek Squad tech support agent out a few weeks earlier (to update security and etc.) and I didn't want to pay for another home visit, so I contacted a rep on-line. This was the first time I worked with an on-line rep, and I was skeptical. The rep was very, very patient with me, and he resolved my problems. Thank you. P.S. I have been very pleased with each of your tech reps- both in store and at my home which is why I have Total Tech Support.

The agents were helpful and courteous. They were informative and suggested a device to improve my reception and get rid of a cable device that was costing me money each month to rent! They unpacked and cleaned up, came back the next day when I had a problem problem and again, were helpful and courteous. It was a good decision for me to invest in this service.

Will definitely look in the future at overall service to go with best price of which Best Buy has been there also most of the time. Agent David from Geek Squad got my existing computer and existing printer talking to each other and I can now print. He also found found some threats to my systems that he corrected. He cleaned up problems. I can now get back to working normally. Great Customer service. He needs a raise or a gold medal. Thank him.

The young man got the TV working again, but couldn't promise how long it would work. I decided to buy a new TV. The old one lasted until I got the new one.

Mr. M understood why we were not getting sound from the sound bar that was purchased at the same time as the Bravia TV. He gave me a picture of the missing cord. I was able to order it at Best Buy. When it was delivered to my house Mr. M came back and installed it. His asistant showed me how to operate the Insignia TV that I had recently purchased from Best Buy.

They came out to check why the TV was not connecting to the internet and they fixed it!!!!
