Our first purchase was many years ago; and any difficulty with a device, or a deficit in our understanding about how that device works, has been dealt with in the best way. Geek Squad installed repplacemnt TV correctly

Despite 2 unfortunate cancellations, Geek Squad first diagnosed the issue and a new TV was then installed. Apparently, the first installation of the tv that eventually failed was not hooked up correctly but was corrected with the replacement tv installation.

TV installation using existing speakers

During the last visit, I was told my speaker and amplifier was too old for the new TV and should be upgraded. Too bay I was not told this at the beginning.
