    Most of us aren’t geeks. That’s why it’s pretty awesome to have your own personal geek just a phone call away. They walk you through even the most complicated issues in terms that a normal, non-geek, can understand. I won’t be without a geek squad membership.

    The Agent name was CHICO he is the besthe showed me how to work it and he gave me a lot of helpful hints on how to use my NEW TV he was very very helpful and concern If i need help from THE GEEK SQUARD again I will ask for CHICO

    Geek Squad Worked on my Home Theater

    The Geek Squad agent attempted to resolve the issue but deferred to having a “technical services” appointment set up. He was not able to resolve the e-arc communication issue with the AVR. Wasn’t sure if it was a TV, AVR, or cable box issue.

    my experience was delightful. My tech came out and untangled a great mess of older installations so that I could access all my devices from one remote (instead of 3!). He was patient and explained what he was doing, and, though he, bemoaned the difficulties of trying to get older technology to talk to newer ( I am sorry for that), he succeeded and I am very happy to be able to keep up with just one remote now!

    I can’t say enough about Jos on the Geek squad who was courteous and very knowledgeable. I would definitely return to Best Buy for geek squad service. The manager was awesome, too!

    Geek Squad Saves The Day in Simi!

    The agents were helpful and courteous. They were informative and suggested a device to improve my reception and get rid of a cable device that was costing me money each month to rent! They unpacked and cleaned up, came back the next day when I had a problem problem and again, were helpful and courteous. It was a good decision for me to invest in this service.

    Geek Squad installed repplacemnt TV correctly

    I had a 65" SONY OLED new purchase with a control unit failure. Despite 2 unfortunate cancellations, Geek Squad first diagnosed the issue and a new TV was then installed. Apparently, the first installation of the tv that eventually failed was not hooked up correctly but was corrected with the replacement tv installation.
