    The gentleman who delivered our soundbar was very nice, courteous and professional. He set it up so we would just have to use the one remote for the tv for both items. It was seamless. We have always been happy with the geek squad service and highly recommend being a member. We like the free delivery, set up and haul away. It is really easy for the customer. It's a no-brainer!

    I was having trouble getting my sound bar volume to work with the remote and since I have total tech support I had a Geek Squad tech come to fix it. Nathan Sprague not only got the volume working in record time but he got the sound bar programmed to the cable remote so everything works with one remote. Since I have Total Tech Support this in home support didn’t cost me for this service. I highly recommend the Total Tech Support package. I will never be without it.

    the worst experience ever, i bought a refrigerator first delivery team damaged the door and tried to say they did not notice it, no covid 19 procedures were followed at all, they were very rude and un professional, scheduled second appt. for delivery and made clear that i need them to follow proper covid 19 procedure, again no mask no nothing, tried to reach out to customer service, no response back, tried to reach out to the store where i bought it from was told i had to call appliance department very rude, got put on hold forever then got hung up on, what more can i say i tried !!!!

    He did a great job identifying and fixing the problem we had. Unfortunately, the problem was created by the Best Buy folks who installed the TV in the 1st place. They used the wrong cable - one dimensional as opposed to two. I think we should not have had to pay for this service.

    Couldn't have been better! Believe big in spreading the word...regardless! That said all my Best Buy has been great!!! Will definitely look in the future at overall service to go with best price of which Best Buy has been there also most of the time. Big difference when you know the business really backs their products after the sale. All sales,and tech help has been awesome!

    I was having an issue with my Sonus sound bar. It quit talking to my TV. I contacted Ruminder, my consultant, and he set up the Geek squad for me. So gig kudos to Ruminder. When the Squad showed up, they did NOT treat me like a tech illiterate, but listened to what I had done; said I had done well, and the they explained my issue was common with E arc set ups. Then then re-established the connection and showed how I could do myself in the future if necessary.

    Mr. M understood why we were not getting sound from the sound bar that was purchased at the same time as the Bravia TV. He gave me a picture of the missing cord. I was able to order it at Best Buy. When it was delivered to my house Mr. M came back and installed it. His asistant showed me how to operate the Insignia TV that I had recently purchased from Best Buy.

    Geek Squad fixed my YouTube problem

    I have a large screen Samsung smart TV and we watch YouTube on it every day. In early June we lost the ability to watch the YouTube videos. The Geek Squad guys showed up on the date promised and fixed the problem in 30 minutes. I had tried every thing I could think of for several weeks and could not find a fix. I will call them again if needed.
