    Gerald the Geek Squad Agent was excellent as usual! It’s a shame that I’ll be canceling my “Total Tech” Subscription. Best Buy is going to start charging for the kind of service that I just received. What a shame.

    The agents helped me find the release buttons to remove the main shelf in my new Samsung French door refrigerator. while I appreciate your help, I think it's sort of ridiculous for it to be as hard as it is to remove and replace a shelf that is going to require removing and reinstalling to be able to clean it. that is the largest problem I have had with the refrigerator to this point.

    How long has this been going on? I was unaware of any such service. I always did without an item or asked family for assistance, which led to confrontations. My Best Buy purchases will always be installed / serviced by the Geek Squad. It is the best investment I've ever made. I have always recommended Best Buy along with the Geek Squad services. Thank You.

    Geek Squad installed repplacemnt TV correctly

    I had a 65" SONY OLED new purchase with a control unit failure. Despite 2 unfortunate cancellations, Geek Squad first diagnosed the issue and a new TV was then installed. Apparently, the first installation of the tv that eventually failed was not hooked up correctly but was corrected with the replacement tv installation.

    Geek Squad fixed my YouTube problem

    I have a large screen Samsung smart TV and we watch YouTube on it every day. In early June we lost the ability to watch the YouTube videos. The Geek Squad guys showed up on the date promised and fixed the problem in 30 minutes. I had tried every thing I could think of for several weeks and could not find a fix. I will call them again if needed.

    We had a problem with our Sonos system cutting out when playing music on our CD player. He fixed it and did a tuneup. A very knowledgeable and friendly tech.
