    Very happy with my new TV. There was no sale price unfortunately but I had a great gift card that made it affordable. Setup was pretty eady and the picture is great.

    Geek Squad promptly scheduled visits to install and/or repair existing and purchased Sonos equipment. Arrived on time. The technician explained his actions in plain non-technical English. He followed up to ensure equipment was working adequately and satisfactorily.

    The agents looked at 1 radio problem and 2 portable CD problems. They solved one problem, explained why 1 CD player was no longer functioning, and advised me to bring the radio into Best Buy and turn it over to the Geek Squad for an internal check of the speaker. They identified all of the problems quickly and gave me clear explanations.

    Not a visit to mount tv. Needed an opinion as to what was the matter with connecting and keeping signal. When told nothing could be done as it was an older kitchen tv. But I purchased a new Roku and it now works fine. Use this review as you wish, but visiting Geek squad missed the mark on this one.

    Kurt from the Geek Squad renewed our sound system

    Kurt had put together our original sound system a few years ago. He was able to get the sound system working again. But then we had a power outage thus again the sound system went away. Kurt returned to get the sound system working again!

    Sadly our issue couldn’t be resolved but we trust the technicians determination as to our problem. He was here less than 10 min so 129.00 service call was steep for us retired seniors but he was on time, very courteous and we know he gave us good advice.

    I was having trouble getting my sound bar volume to work with the remote and since I have total tech support I had a Geek Squad tech come to fix it. Nathan Sprague not only got the volume working in record time but he got the sound bar programmed to the cable remote so everything works with one remote. Since I have Total Tech Support this in home support didn’t cost me for this service. I highly recommend the Total Tech Support package. I will never be without it.
