The agent was able to get my TV in working order for me.

I was experiencing tech issues with my home computer. I had just had a Geek Squad tech support agent out a few weeks earlier (to update security and etc.) and I didn't want to pay for another home visit, so I contacted a rep on-line. This was the first time I worked with an on-line rep, and I was skeptical. The rep was very, very patient with me, and he resolved my problems. Thank you. P.S. I have been very pleased with each of your tech reps- both in store and at my home which is why I have Total Tech Support.

Excellent team. They did a wonderful job in rearranging and replacing an old media console with a new one.

Unable to fix problem because it started working when they started to diagnose the problem but they seen it while acting up. Very nice team . Have always been 100% satisfied with all of my Geek Squad visits. Now calling in to schedule is a HOT MESS , You need BIG TIME HELP THERE , TERRIBLE !!

The agents helped me find the release buttons to remove the main shelf in my new Samsung French door refrigerator. while I appreciate your help, I think it's sort of ridiculous for it to be as hard as it is to remove and replace a shelf that is going to require removing and reinstalling to be able to clean it. that is the largest problem I have had with the refrigerator to this point.

I placed a call to the Geek Squad because I was having a problem with the device connection. The agent with whom I spoke was able to talk me through the process of re-establishing the connection so that my television functioned properly. She had the "patients of a saint", and my equipment was up and functioning by the end of my call. The Geek Squad offered me outstanding service, and I'm truly grateful.

I bought the Apple TV device and it was the best $75 I have spent at Best Buy. I have a lot of streaming services and the Firestick was constantly having storage issues. It also has voice control features that are fabulous. Get one . You will be glad you did.

The agents came out to help me sync my first ever earbuds to my TV. They were pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient. They worked with me until I understood what to do. Unfortunately I should have tried them out for comfort and usability before they left. I now realize die to the fact that even the smallest ear pieces are too large for my ear canal I will probably never use them.

Geek Squad was professional and solved all our issues

I have a 75" Sony TV with a quality Sound Bar that was running into some performance issues. The Geek Squad came in and found network issues. As a result, we added in a meshed network that improved the entire network performance to eliminate the problems that were running into.

Your employee gave me all the help i needed. Your geek aquad is the best!
