The agents came out to help me sync my first ever earbuds to my TV. They were pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient. They worked with me until I understood what to do. Unfortunately I should have tried them out for comfort and usability before they left. I now realize die to the fact that even the smallest ear pieces are too large for my ear canal I will probably never use them.

The young man answered all my questions and got our TV working well. He was courteous and respectful.

I placed a call to the Geek Squad because I was having a problem with the device connection. The agent with whom I spoke was able to talk me through the process of re-establishing the connection so that my television functioned properly. She had the "patients of a saint", and my equipment was up and functioning by the end of my call. The Geek Squad offered me outstanding service, and I'm truly grateful.

Excellent team. They did a wonderful job in rearranging and replacing an old media console with a new one.

The agents helped me find the release buttons to remove the main shelf in my new Samsung French door refrigerator. while I appreciate your help, I think it's sort of ridiculous for it to be as hard as it is to remove and replace a shelf that is going to require removing and reinstalling to be able to clean it. that is the largest problem I have had with the refrigerator to this point.

Set-Up my JBL sound bar and Paired it with my remote.

A five minute fix of remote TV control. Great service.
