    There was confusion regarding which techs would provide the service. I had three calls from three different techs saying they would come. The night before the scheduled appointment I asked for clarification in the morning. Nothing. The techs that did come were friendly and professional but first solution was to replace the cable. Not the problem. Then they said I should take the sound bar to Best Buy and have it replaced. They were going to leave. Turned out not to be the problem. Finally after much trial and error it transpired that there was a setting that needed to be flipped. They were persistent and eventually did fix the problem but I had to insist they stay until we were certain we had identify the issue.

    I have been a customer for 25 years and the Geek squad is the Best. They have always been able to help me and fix the problem. Adam, Arthur and Arnold are outsatanding in there ability to fix a problem. They are considerate, friendly and very knowledgeable.

    The item was t in stock so I went to customer Svc & showed the employee the game I wanted. He said it’s out of stock but he could order it for me. Verified my address & paid for it & left. It was very quick & easy. He was very nice! I don’t have his name but it was a younger gentleman.

    I'm caught in the middle of Being told the TV is not at fault for having to reboot it every morning to get the sound it is AT&A AT&T did a systems check from their service center aying a systems check shows no problems. All I know is I spent a lot of money to have to get on the floor and go behind the TV to reboot it.

    Geek Squad promptly scheduled visits to install and/or repair existing and purchased Sonos equipment. Arrived on time. The technician explained his actions in plain non-technical English. He followed up to ensure equipment was working adequately and satisfactorily.

    Mitch, Matt and Mike worked to solve problem! They actually communicate with customer, AND call or text back. So different than the worthless BB customer service reps we always get with 800#, making promises and never following through

    They have always been quick to react to any problem they had. Very knowledgeable very courteous and quick to come out. I don’t have 50 characters to submit. That’s why you always ask for too much. Going there tomorrow to purchase a dishwasher and possibly a refrigerator. Will update when I come back on how things work when not work

    He handled my problem very nicely. He was Prompt and understood the equipment. He explained everything to me. He really knew what he was doing ands that makes me feel very comfortable.     Sadly our issue couldn’t be resolved but we trust the technicians determination as to our problem. He was here less than 10 min so 129.00 service call was steep for us retired seniors but he was on time, very courteous and we know he gave us good advice.
