I live about 50 miles from the store but the service was within a matter of days and the tech knew what they were doing and resolved that a new remote was needed and then assisted in obtaining one from the manufacturer. It's great that I didn't have to bring it all the way in to the store!

Super easy to work with and care about your problems

If this is in reference to my Geek Squad experience with Julio at the Florida City store, he was excellent. Very friendly, courteous and knew exactly what needed to be done and was done in 15 minutes. And I went without an appointment. What an asset he is.

Our Tech (Jack) was great to work with and he was able to resolve the issue while he was here but it has since resurfaced. I would like to have it looked at again in hopes of resolving the issue permanently.

They have always been quick to react to any problem they had. Very knowledgeable very courteous and quick to come out. I don’t have 50 characters to submit. That’s why you always ask for too much. Going there tomorrow to purchase a dishwasher and possibly a refrigerator. Will update when I come back on how things work when not work

My laptop was "seeing" my printer but not printing using wi-fi. Geek Squad got it working. Pleased with the service.

Amazing service from Juan!!! Someone else had come twice and thought they had the problem fixed. It wasn't fixed. After having those 2 appts., Juan came and IMMEDIATELY knew what was wrong, brought the part a day later and followed up with me to make sure it was all good. AND IT WAS!! I will be trying to get Juan anytime I need help in the future.

Anthony and his partner of the Geek Squad were like something from a dream of perfection: competent, smart, personable, efficient, knowledgable and professional. They just "got" my issue immediately and did everything to fix it right the first time. They told me what to expect in the future and they were spot on. I LOVE these people!

Awesome Awesome help with my home theater Issue. They arrived and nicely explained the issue, recommended how to prevent it in future and resolve it !! volunteer help and provided the phone number to call if issue persists. Very professional and customer centric !!!

Our agent called early in the day to give us an arrival time. He was extremely polite and knowledgeable. His explanations were easy to follow. He encouraged questions, had us operate the device while he was here. We were even given a number to text our agent, in case we had any difficulty. We were extremely pleased.

These guys have a wealth of knowledge and we’re able to fix my television quickly. They kept me informed about what was wrong, what they would do to fix it, and did exactly what they stated. I’ve had coverage for two years and have used it several times in that period. I will never be without Geek Squad protection again.
