Setting up Surround System correctly

They coordinated our home theatre, since we have a 7 year old tv and originally bought the sound bar and woofer separately from the rear speakers. They made sure it was set so that we could enjoy the surround sound and that we knew how to use the remotes. Well worth it.

Samsung Sound Bar

He addressed my concerns regarding our new sound bar and was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was grateful for the time he took to answer all my questions and explain what I did not understand.

Best Buy made a Long Trip to provide service
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I live about 50 miles from the store but the service was within a matter of days and the tech knew what they were doing and resolved that a new remote was needed and then assisted in obtaining one from the manufacturer. It's great that I didn't have to bring it all the way in to the store!

Geek Squad TV Mounting and Setup

The install was quick and he did a great job. He also helped with my TV setup and made sure that I was satisfied with the positioning of my device, as well as ensuring that the area he was working in was cleaned up prior to him leaving.

Kurt from the Geek Squad renewed our sound system

He was able to get the sound system working again. But then we had a power outage thus again the sound system went away. Kurt returned to get the sound system working again!
