    Quick diagonsis on sony receiver

    Was happy to have a tech come to my home to trouble shoot the issue with my sound system to make sure it was the recever itself causing the issue and not some other equipment. He checked the sound system and confimed it was the sound receiver and unfortunately would have to be returned to store and sent for repairs.

    The agent was unable to connect an obsolete outdated universal remote to our new TV. He discussed options and he simplified the remote process. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and respectful. I feel that he went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable with the remote transitions.

    Jasper was excellent. We asked him to simply move the TV enough to retrieve the serial number. Instead, he also ran a full systems check of the home theater. That involved updating some of the programs. He also took the time to ensure that we understand the system and the controls.

    The agent mount my TV and connect it to my devices. Also when I was having trouble because my power card from my TV came out and I could not locate where it could be in the back the TV. The geek squad came right over and took care of it for me. I love the geek squad because they are very sufficient and reliable.

    The agents have installed TV, modems and or devices in both Florida and PA. They took the time to show us how everything works and how to find things we did know the systems were capable of. They were very polite and professional. You should hold on to employees like this

    Daniel is the best. He came to complete the installation of my sound system, and had the job done properly in no time. He gave me his contact number, which I used to ask him about another aspect of my new system that I did not understand. He came by shortly thereafter, and showed me how to use the sounder with the DVD player. Daniel's help and advice is much appreciated.

    I was having an issue with a home theater system loosing conection.I try several thing to corrected with no luck.Geek squad found a problem with conection a switched to a different cable. Never sounded better.

    I recently purchased a brand new computer from Best Buy in Bourbonnais, Illinois. To my surprise, upon using the computer, I began to experience difficulties and received a notification that my hard disk was in trouble. Concerned, I contacted the store for assistance, but was informed that they were unable to provide any support as they were just resellers of the product. They suggested that I pay $300 to have the issue fixed. Dissatisfied with this response, I decided to take my computer to a technician for a second opinion. As we opened up the machine together, we discovered that the hard disk had a tape on it, which should not have been the case for a new computer. I was shocked and frustrated to have been sold a faulty product, and to have been given such a dismissive response from Best Buy.

    Brad Blevins was exceptional !! He was extremely patient with us as we explained our issue. He worked diligently to resolve the problem and did all this while being extremely friendly .
