They took the time to show us how everything works and how to find things we did know the systems were capable of. They were very polite and professional. You should hold on to employees like this

GEEK SQUAD KNOWLEDGEABLE AND SUPERIOR TECHNICIANS

He was extremely knowledgeable and a superior technician.

I would like to have it looked at again in hopes of resolving the issue permanently.

Home Smart TV Issues

He performed all of this professionally and quickly, while explaining the different issues in plain words I could understand. Great service!

They had to come back once but all Ok

They did a good job originally but it got out of alignment at some point. The guys that came back made a slight adjustment to the wall mount and got the TV straight again. So looking good now.
