I was ready to pull my hair out until Geek Squad arrived . I now have internet and TV service. Provider promised service in 6 days. I called Best Buy Geek Squad and got service in 2 days. Now I'm a happy camper thanks to these techs who knew what they were doing,

Best Buy sent Parsa Shona out to my home to troubleshoot some issues I was having with my TV reception. After looking at my equipment location and setup, Parsa recommended relocating my modem into the same room where my primary TV Is located. Previously, I had the modem next to my computer. Moving the modem improved my TV reception considerably. Video and audio now match perfectly. Parsa was very thorough in the performance of his troubleshooting of my issues. I am extremely satisfied with the results of this service call!

I recently purchased a brand new computer from Best Buy in Bourbonnais, Illinois. To my surprise, upon using the computer, I began to experience difficulties and received a notification that my hard disk was in trouble. Concerned, I contacted the store for assistance, but was informed that they were unable to provide any support as they were just resellers of the product. They suggested that I pay $300 to have the issue fixed.
Dissatisfied with this response, I decided to take my computer to a technician for a second opinion. As we opened up the machine together, we discovered that the hard disk had a tape on it, which should not have been the case for a new computer. I was shocked and frustrated to have been sold a faulty product, and to have been given such a dismissive response from Best Buy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

The agent, Alexander, was fantastic! He arrived on time. Alexander was very friendly, professional and helpful.
We asked him how to get internet radio through our home theater and to our speakers throughout our home. His explanation and tutorial were clear and very understandable! We highly recommend Geek Squad Total Tech!

Geek Squad was diligent, communicative and timely in their month long effort to repair my wall mounted TV set. When their persistent effort to replace various parts proved to be unsuccessful, they promptly expedited the delivery of a replacement new tv of comparable or enhanced quality and value at no expense to me, utilizing their rrepair policy and the remaining warranty on my existing tv. That's a demonstration of excellent customer service!!

The 2 Geek Squad agents not only installed my TV but discovered and repaired several connections that were incorrectly set up. They also downloaded new updates to my Firetv remote. All worked (and continue to work) perfectly now.

I needed help preparing to "cut the cable" and switch to another type of tv and internet provider. The Geek Squad spent about an hour at my home with me and helped me a lot. I wish they could have stayed a bit longer but maybe we'll have another appointment that covers some other needs I have.
