jose, the tech was good and certainly was knowledgeable. What I am not happy about is I purchased my 75" samsung tv, console and denon receiver at best buy march 2019 and one of the hdmi cables was defective and had to be replaced by my service provider ,hotwire. Also just found out from Jose that my subwoofer cable is defective. geek squad prices seem a little high for services rendered

The two young gentlemen arrived in a very timely fashion and made short work of a problem that was difficult for me but clearly "child's play" for them. After they got it set up, they showed me how to successfully navigate in a way that fits with my needs and desires. Very well done.

After my purchase, I wanted to ensure I set everything up correctly. 75" Samsung 8K and Sono's Sound Bar with SL speakers. The Tech arrived on time and was quick to go through the settings. With some minor changes and some advice to improve sound quality, I was confident I made the right choice in Gear and getting the Total Tech subscription.

The techs were knowledgeable and installed our new smart TV efficiently. They answered a ton of questions for us, and simplified our system by identifying multiple unneeded remotes that were could get rid of. They also took out old TV for recycling. There was more space in the TV viewing area when they left!

Easy to schedule an appointment. We were called before appointment to ask if he could come early! That’s a first for us. A knowledgeable considerate representative was a big plus. He checked entire system, explained different settings and showed us each setting for us to optimize viewing. We are new to streaming so cutting the cable umbilical cord was a nervous choice for us. Clear precise instruction was an enormous help.
