The techs were knowledgeable and installed our new smart TV efficiently. They answered a ton of questions for us, and simplified our system by identifying multiple unneeded remotes that were could get rid of. They also took out old TV for recycling. There was more space in the TV viewing area when they left!

The agent was helpful in troubleshooting our issues with ancillary devices. Those young kids are a godsend!

Had them mount a new OLED TV to our brick fireplace using the Sanus Advanced Tilt bracket. They did a good job originally but it got out of alignment at some point. The guys that came back made a slight adjustment to the wall mount and got the TV straight again. So looking good now.

I brought the receiver into store (geek squad) for repair and they said they could not find the problem so what now.. i know that there is a problem with the receiver shutting off at any time this unit has been at your place or at the manufacture more than it has been working at my house' this is the second time to be back at your store.
