    We having been using Geek Squad for over 10 years, actually request Francis as out tech, he know our system inside and out, and diligent making sure our system is operating correctly. Geek squd is very affordable compared to other services!

    I recently had a new TV installed. Both guys from the Geek Squad were thorough, friendly and demonstrated the new features of the TV before leaving. They also trouble shooted my home theater and were able to fix it as well. Amazing job and amazing people.

    I was very pleased with the service I got with trouble shooting my sound bar install. The technician quickly found out the problem within a few minutes and got me all fixed up. He also made sure everything was set back up how I wanted it. I’m really enjoying my new TV and Sound bar thanks to Geek Squad. I can’t do without them.

    Decided to use Geek Squad to clear up some issues on my home theater set up. The tech was a great guy and cleared up all my issues. A home theater can be a bit tricky to set up and these people know there stuff.

    The tech identified the problem I was having connecting my bluetooth capable to my cochlear implant processor (direct connect capable, no intermediate devices) and concurrently delivering sound from the tv speaker. After a couple of tries, the tech was able to identify problem and process. All is well. My wife can hear at reasonable speaker levels while I hear via bluetooth with clarity.

    the tech was prompt and on time... helped get the problem solved ... the savant handpiece continues to be an issue with the handset disconnecting from the wifi in an unpredictable fashion... we will be in contact with the store regarding this problem

    The technicians, Michael and Roland, came with parts sent for the TV. Unfortunately, both parts sent were wrong even though they requested them using the correct TV model. When the TV was opened the part numbers were both different and no longer available. They put everything back, cleaned up and then reset the "backup" TV we were using. They did their job, but the manufacturer did not.

    It was an issue with my Sonos sound bar and lg tv. No fault of Best Buy or the geeks. Sonos has neglected to send out a software fix to deal with Bluetooth connections between the two. He figured it out. The problem still exist but he’s stuck with it to find out what was really going on. I appreciate it.

    Geek squad did an excellent job hooking up my home theater system. Very knowledgeable of what he was doing and answered all of my questions and concerns. I would recommend best buy Geek squad for all of your technical needs.

    The agent shouldn't connect my Sonos Woofer but thinks he identified the problem with my wifi network and so I had to buy a new Mesh system ( wifi extenders) AND DELETE THE OLD EXTENSION NETWORK.and then : the other Geek Squad member coming tomorrow to totally reconfigure Sonos system and Hopefuylly get them to use only one Sonos app!

    I thought the computer had been hacked by Geek Squad and brought it into Best Buy and they made sure it was not! They mentioned that this was an ongoing problem and I was clearly not the first person to come in with this. If Best Buy continues to work with them you might think about changing something in these emails.

    checked everything and unplugged power to analog to hd and plugged back in and was working. was here probley 15 minutes.
