The gentleman that came was able to get the picture to come on the tv. We are still without the surround sound that we enjoyed before. Please send someone to correct this issue. To his credit we did not notice the sound problem right away. However now we notice that four speakers are to emoting sound.

Taylor was most helpful in removing my software and reinstalling it to eliminate glitches in my TV. He was professional, friendly and very prompt. My only observation about the technicians is that they are hard pressed to finish and ever increasing workload of new orders. He missed something but I was able to correct it myself.

Geek squad member came out to unhook dennon reciever so could be taken in to local bestbuy to see if repairable or not. SPECIFICALLY asked him if had to have a appointment to bring in to drop of. Answer was NO, just bring it in. HAHAHA, NOPE! did that, needed appointment. Person at desk, NOT VERY FRIENDLY!!! Made appt, for later. Need to get right info to customer!!! Well, appt made for 2/2,6pm. Text rcvd, had appt for 2/1,6pm??? So called geek squad. Changed appt from 2/2 to 2/1, same time. Why didn't employee give me appt at 6pm on 2/1????, It was open!!!!! Hmmmmm. Anyway, there now. But what a hassle!!!!! Just a bit disappointed!!!! But, the geek squad person we got at store for dropping it off at 6pm was very friendly, nice. Have component now to be checked out.

I called about TV not working. It took THREE visits. The first and the guy agreed with everything I'd told the agent over the phone. The second was because the first guy couldn't initiate a repair order - even though he knew what needed to be done. And the third was because the second guy could only order the part and it would take a third visit for the actual repair. Three visits and three weeks. There's got to be a better process. All three techs were friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. And all agreed the "system" was cumbersome. But they couldn't shortcut it. The three stars are due to the approach, not the people (they were five star). Again, there's got to be a better process

The technician, Jim was very kind and courteous as he has always been in the past. He was able to resolve our issues quickly and also gave great recommendations..It’s a pleasure to have Total Tech/Geek Squad send the same technicians because they know our house and have done installations here in the past.

I was having trouble connecting a doorbell camera to our security system. The Geek Squad Technician was very patient and professional, and he stayed until the problem was solved. I learned quite a bit from him that I had not known about our security system. I am very grateful for his expert assistance.

Nick and associate came to install a surround speaker that the bracket had broke. They did a fantastic job on the install. He then recalibrated my avr which make a the difference in sound quality in my home. Best buy and squad you rock!Thanks again

The agents were great people and did a fantastic job installing my 98 inch TV.

Service was great. The technician was very helpful and did well instructing my wife on how to operate everything. He also was very observant and noticed I had a video/digital deadbolt assembly that I had yet to install, he said that was something they could do as well! Looking forward to slimming down my todo list!

He came on time and he was a wonderful technician. I definitely would have him back and recommend him to friends came in, took care of the problem, and off he went he was very informative and mad sure i understood everything.He was the BEST!thank you
