It was an issue with my Sonos sound bar and lg tv. No fault of Best Buy or the geeks. Sonos has neglected to send out a software fix to deal with Bluetooth connections between the two. He figured it out. The problem still exist but he’s stuck with it to find out what was really going on. I appreciate it.

Got the problem resolved quickly! Checked all the connections, adjusted sound system. Very knowledgeable technician. I would always welcome such a great service technician. Geek squad membership is definably money well spent. Thank you Danial, and all the folks at Geek Squad!

I called about TV not working. It took THREE visits. The first and the guy agreed with everything I'd told the agent over the phone. The second was because the first guy couldn't initiate a repair order - even though he knew what needed to be done. And the third was because the second guy could only order the part and it would take a third visit for the actual repair. Three visits and three weeks. There's got to be a better process. All three techs were friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. And all agreed the "system" was cumbersome. But they couldn't shortcut it. The three stars are due to the approach, not the people (they were five star). Again, there's got to be a better process

I was very pleased with the service I got with trouble shooting my sound bar install. The technician quickly found out the problem within a few minutes and got me all fixed up. He also made sure everything was set back up how I wanted it. I’m really enjoying my new TV and Sound bar thanks to Geek Squad. I can’t do without them.

My mother is 90 years old and slowly defends on her TV and her home stereo. When we moved to Panama City, I had nowhere with all to fix it but Nathan and Lee made it so easy showed her how to work out you made a 90-year-old lady so happy.

Amado connected my home stereo equipment to our home speakers, installed eeros and make sure that everything was working perfectly, and that the systems worked smoothly. he was thorough, very efficient, and explained everything he was doing in layman's terms

Very helpful getting system to work properly. Corrected the install(by Geek Squad) of my zone 2 speakers controlled by the Denon receiver.
Not sure why I’m paid $179.99 for yearly membership if I also paid for this visit.

I thought the computer had been hacked by Geek Squad and brought it into Best Buy and they made sure it was not! They mentioned that this was an ongoing problem and I was clearly not the first person to come in with this. If Best Buy continues to work with them you might think about changing something in these emails.

Was at the house for 13 minutes, said that it was a tv problem and left. We then xalled Spectrum, he came out spent 1 hr. And said everything's fine. We still have the problem.

Wonderful! I was very happy with the technician who came out to reset our Google nest connection. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable and quickly identified the issue. He reset our connection and repositioned one of the pucks to ensure the best performance. Everything was soon up and running. The network is still performing well. We are delighted!

I had a geek come to the house and remove Verizon from
my TV and put in UTube. He finished in about 45 minutes
and showed me how to use UTube. Very nice, professional.
I have told some of my friends and they signed up for the
yearly contract. Very happy!!!

I was having trouble connecting a doorbell camera to our security system. The Geek Squad Technician was very patient and professional, and he stayed until the problem was solved. I learned quite a bit from him that I had not known about our security system. I am very grateful for his expert assistance.
