The agent was very helpful in fixing my Harmony devise

Marcus came to our home to trouble shoot a problem we were having installing apps on our Sony TV. He was prompt, courteous, professional and effecient. He solved the issue and gave us a tutorial including some helpful tips about the Sony TV and the google system embedded in it.

The techs got my soundbar working again very quickly.

My mother is 90 years old and slowly defends on her TV and her home stereo. When we moved to Panama City, I had nowhere with all to fix it but Nathan and Lee made it so easy showed her how to work out you made a 90-year-old lady so happy.

What can I say? The BestBuy Geek Squad is always the best service!! Since my own personal “Geeky” husband died 9 years ago I have been buying Geek Squad service! It does not matter if I find a better price for an item at a different vendor I always buy from BestBuy. Also they usually are willing to price match.

The service was excellent! The agent was very knowledgeable.

Two agents came to check on the Nordic Track bike. I told them that I have been in contact with Nordic Track for the past few weeks and Nordic Track suggested me to install a new resistance box, then a new console and again a new main wire. Everything was done but the problem was not fixed. The agents felt that there was no further diagnosis they could do. They left without touching the bike.

I have had the technicians a couple of times. Both technicians were excellent: knowledgeable, pleasant , very willing to help and answer questions and extending themselves to help and answer questions and go over procedures so that you can operate your equipment after they leave.

I installed this tv.however the lack of solid instructions compelled my to holler Geek squad.their response was within 24 hours.admittly per new norms the instruction manual was sparse.it follows the new industry norm ,of the newer persons are already normal with this.me I am old and not able.hence Geek squad.

The techs were very knowledgable. They solved my problem with my Smart TV.

Question answered and problem solved in less than5 minutes.

The problem was diagnosed and repaired without incident or delay.

I'm a little late in providing this review but the Geek Squad guys who came out to troubleshoot my system were absolutely fabulous! Their names were Aaron and Lukas with Aaron being the lead guy. Reviewed the previous hookup and set up my universal remote in minutes. Programmed it to accommodate my needs and tested it himself and had me do so as well. They inspire confidence at every turn. Very impressive!

I’m 74 years old. I have vision issues. I can’t focus well enough to connect the sound bar and Roku. I was embarrassed having BestBuy doing it for me because it was such a minor hookup. I just can’t say enough about the technician ! He put me at ease. I’ll not be going elsewhere. Not ever!

He programmed our Harmony Hub and everything now works like it is supposed to.
