Very helpful getting system to work properly. Corrected the install(by Geek Squad) of my zone 2 speakers controlled by the Denon receiver. Not sure why I’m paid $179.99 for yearly membership if I also paid for this visit.

Agents were very knowledgable and friendly and efficient

Our remote dropped the television and we couldn't change channels. The problem was fixed but the next day, it happened again. In the mean time the repair man had called to ask how it was going. So he put in a repair chit for us and showed up again. So far the problem has been solved.

They will go the extra steps to be sure everything is up and running well before they leave. I have purchased items I never even knew about based upon their recommendations, and I am always more than satisfied with the new products they tell me about. I cannot say enough great things about both Gary and Craig. Best Buy is so fortunate to have both these gentlemen representing your company.

We had Agent David come eto our house to review the set up of our wall mounted television. He made some ajustment and then helped us add some apps. Was knowledgeable, professional, pleasant and patient. Geek Squad has to be one of the best investment we have enjoyed !

Good service once they came but took long time to get them to find a day that worked. And it’s same issue we’ve needed them to come out for before. Frustrating. But service guy was good so 5 stars for him and 2 stars for prices averages to 3.5 so gave a 4
