    When I picked up my computer the young man who waited on us helped us with several other questions unrelated to our computer. In addition, as we came in the door, another employee recognized us from a visit to set up service for our AV system and came over to make sure we were satisfied with that. Our experiences with Geek Squad this year have been outstanding! Thank You

    Syncing the remote with the television.

    Our remote dropped the television and we couldn't change channels. The problem was fixed but the next day, it happened again. In the mean time the repair man had called to ask how it was going. So he put in a repair chit for us and showed up again. So far the problem has been solved.

    The antenna I purchased didn't work at my home but the team that was sent to my house figured out a different direction to go to solve my problem. I appreciate that they worked me to make the changes I wanted. I later had a problem and they even came back to fix my problem Great job and very nice guys!! thanks

    Cut the Cord with Geek Squad help

    Marco has been a fabulous Geek Squad Rep. He has solved several issues for us in cutting the cord from broadcast TV to streaming TV including re-programing 2 Logitech Harmony Remotes. He was very professional and knowledgeable.

    The team did excellent work installing a wall-mounted Samsung OLED, but they were somewhat cursory in explaining the multiple remotes needed to run the frustrating and slow Tizen operating system. Sound and picture still don’t sync, and I am still trying to figure it out.

    Zack Bridwell was absolutely fantastic to work with. Our refrigerator totally died. It was a large built in which is difficult to find during these times. He worked diligently with us and found us what we needed. He did not give up until he was successful. Zack gave us the best customer Service we have had in years. He is a true professional!

    Matt Brady who worked on connecting our sound bar to the TV so that it worked was excellent. This was the third time that we had the Geek Squad in to fix it. Matt knew what he was doing and kept us informed of what he was doing to make it work. Thank you

    Good service once they came but took long time to get them to find a day that worked. And it’s same issue we’ve needed them to come out for before. Frustrating. But service guy was good so 5 stars for him and 2 stars for prices averages to 3.5 so gave a 4

    After an initial conversation with a tech in Panama City who claimed he could not help me as his computer was "acting up" -- why is he employed and on the time clock if he cannot assist this customer??? -- I called again and was referred a tech (also in Panama City) who did an EXCELLENT job in his explaining and online fixing my computer problem. Keep #2, fire #1.

    Geek squad help me connect my mother’s home stereo

    My mother is 90 years old and slowly defends on her TV and her home stereo. When we moved to Panama City, I had nowhere with all to fix it but Nathan and Lee made it so easy showed her how to work out you made a 90-year-old lady so happy.

    This was one of my best experiences with Geek Squad to trouble-shoot my existing Sonos system and attempt to discover why my app wasn't allowing speakers in 2 zones to play music. It took a few diagnostic adjustments and within 15 minutes, I had music piping into the house speakers and the Sonos app was upgraded. Terrific job with the service tech.
