Bose Soundbar began having issues when Sony started installing updates. Tech told us to unplug power cord for about 5 minutes when this occurs. So far that works, but Bose needs to change its process. Should have bought a different soundbar.

He checked all the settings and changed HDMI cord.

I trust the Best Buy's service teams and have been a long-time user of the service plans. I liked the plan the was before this one better, as it saved the me more money. This new plan saves BB more money!

The Geek Squad techs are my best friends. I never hesitate to call when I need any type of tech support. They are professional and very patient when addressing my concerns. Normally, they go a step further with offer advice on how to provent issues going forward.

The antenna I purchased didn't work at my home but the team that was sent to my house figured out a different direction to go to solve my problem. The team did excellent work installing a wall-mounted Samsung OLED, but they were somewhat cursory in explaining the multiple remotes needed to run the frustrating and slow Tizen operating system. Sound and picture still don’t sync, and I am still trying to figure it out.

Geek squad professional solved the problem quickly.

He programmed our Harmony Hub and everything now works like it is supposed to.

I have yet to be disappointed with in home Geek assistance. I have kept track of Geek associates name, and try and specify which associate I need for different situations. In the past 5 years I have not required a follow-up visit because the first call was not handled correctly. Their service has been done with little wait time, efficiently and with instruction that is easy to understand if issue was a matter of my error or misunderstanding of equipment operation. I swear by Geek squad assistance.

We had Agent David come eto our house to review the set up of our wall mounted television. He made some ajustment and then helped us add some apps. Was knowledgeable, professional, pleasant and patient. Geek Squad has to be one of the best investment we have enjoyed !
