Geek squad professional solved the problem quickly.

The team did excellent work installing a wall-mounted Samsung OLED, but they were somewhat cursory in explaining the multiple remotes needed to run the frustrating and slow Tizen operating system. Sound and picture still don’t sync, and I am still trying to figure it out.

My agent restored our home's old built-in sound system which another technician said wasn't possible. He greatly simplified what we'd been doing since our tv's universal remote had died and thankfully also revived the kitchen tv.

I was hoping to get my previous LG smart tv to work.. It didn't work but they helped me set up my new LG smart tv.. There was a setting on the picture that I wasn't even aware of.. I would prefer if the tv turned on to the channel that I left off rather than a menu screen.

When I picked up my computer the young man who waited on us helped us with several other questions unrelated to our computer. In addition, as we came in the door, another employee recognized us from a visit to set up service for our AV system and came over to make sure we were satisfied with that. Zack Bridwell was absolutely fantastic to work with. Our refrigerator totally died. It was a large built in which is difficult to find during these times. He worked diligently with us and found us what we needed. He did not give up until he was successful. Zack gave us the best customer Service we have had in years. He is a true professional!

The Geek Squad techs are my best friends. I never hesitate to call when I need any type of tech support. They are professional and very patient when addressing my concerns. Normally, they go a step further with offer advice on how to provent issues going forward.

I called in for the service and received two different times from two different service persons. I didn't know if one would cancel the other or what. The service was completed satisfactorily, but, coordination from a central dispatch would have been appreciated.

This was one of my best experiences with Geek Squad to trouble-shoot my existing Sonos system and attempt to discover why my app wasn't allowing speakers in 2 zones to play music. It took a few diagnostic adjustments and within 15 minutes, I had music piping into the house speakers and the Sonos app was upgraded. Terrific job with the service tech.
