Geek Squad helped me to fully enjoy TV in my home.

A Geek Squad tech came to my home and helped me address my TV needs. As a result I purchased one Google TV and a Roku TV. Then, Geek squad techs came to my home and installed my TVs. Their efforts have enabled me to enjoy very pleasant TVs in the main rooms of home.

The squad solved several problems like solution for a lost remote and offered solutions that would require TV upgrade. They set me up for rescheduling if I choose to do some of the recommendations. Very understanding and helpful guys

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

None of the different features would work and no volume or bass would come out of the 10" sub-woofer. Called Geek Squad and they came out the following week to try and fix the problem, only to find out it was defective and wouldn't respond to the TV or remote commands. They tried several times to reset and re-program it without any success. Needless to say that I exchanged it for a JBL soundbar. I really appreciate the time and concern that the Geek Squad made.

He greatly simplified what we'd been doing since our tv's universal remote had died and thankfully also revived the kitchen tv.

Geek Squad installed Roku

They set up our devices and walked us through the usage. They answered our questions and had a great customer service attitude. We always use the Geek Squad because of the caliber of persons.
