Geek paired my remote to the sound bar

He knew just what to do and was so helpful to explain how it works. I would highly recommend him. He was extremely patient with my questions and was so professional. I would certainly ask for him if I needed more help.

The squad solved several problems like solution for a lost remote and offered solutions that would require TV upgrade. They set me up for rescheduling if I choose to do some of the recommendations. Very understanding and helpful guys

Squad installed my father's television and Soundsy

They took very good care of my father and dealt with him having to learn several new remotes and I could not recommend them more! You should be proud to have these guys working for you. I would hire them in a minute.

Fixed my soundbar issue.

They would get the sound going and it worked until I shut the TV off, but when i turned it back on it wouldnt work again. The last guy that came out figured out the problem and fixed it with his magic touch. We still don't know what he did different from the other guys to make it work.

Both times the technicians left me their contact info to call if I had further issues. One even called me back to see how my tv was working out. Very happy. Great customer service. Moneybwell spent .

GEEK SQUAD SOLVED ROKU PROBLEM

RESET MY ROKU STICK WHICH SOLVED THE PROBLEM OF THE CURSOR JUMPING AROUND ON THE SCREEN. ALSO REVIEWED THE WAY TO SET UP NETFLIX ON ROKU. GEEK SQUAD AGENT WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE, FRIENDLY AND PATIENT. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Geek Squad Explained T.V. Issues and Solutions

They helped me understand the problems I was having with my cable and Alexa connected T.V. use and reception....and then carefully explained what to do in a patient and understandable way. I was very grateful.

Problem with my bluetooth.

It was a Samsung 43 inch with a bluetooth adapter on it. The tech showed up and fixed the problem. He also helped with a problem with my camera. Did i mention that all of this cost me dime. It all came with my Totaltech plan.

TV antenna install a failure

He could not get antenna to pick up more than 1 or 2 local srations, though others purchasers of same product reported success. Wound up returning antenna, the "wrong" additional equipment, and cancelling Geek Squad service plan. Was very disappointed with this service (though help with computer and cell phone was top-notch).

I liked the plan the was before this one better, as it saved the me more money. This new plan saves BB more money!

In addition, he was able to troubleshoot my theatre room surround sound system which was inoperable for many months.
