    I was given efficient, understandable and clearly professional help by the Geek Squad. They helped me understand the problems I was having with my cable and Alexa connected T.V. use and reception....and then carefully explained what to do in a patient and understandable way. I was very grateful.

    Jason came out to help me with a problem I had connecting my Sonos to my new router. Not only did he help me with my Sonos system, he untangled the mess that was my router, Boost, and Eero wires. All in all,I was very thankful for Jason’s help!

    Bose Soundbar began having issues when Sony started installing updates. Tech told us to unplug power cord for about 5 minutes when this occurs. So far that works, but Bose needs to change its process. Should have bought a different soundbar.

    Agent paired my remote control to the sound bar. He knew just what to do and was so helpful to explain how it works. I would highly recommend him. He was extremely patient with my questions and was so professional. I would certainly ask for him if I needed more help.

    Your technician Chip returned to complete the installation of a sub woofer. As during his first visit, he was very professional, courteous and incredibly helpful as he answered all of my questions and provided his input on best ways to manage all of my devices to achieve the best quality possible. What an asset Chip is to your company!

    Sony ST5000 Soundbar

    My Sony HT 5000 soundbar has great sound BUT this is the second one that I have purchased that I have had issues with. The subwoofer keeps shorting out. The last one was sent in for repairs. I highly recommend purchasing the extended warranty for such an expensive item.

    I had the Geek Squad over to install my two tvs and to troubleshoot. Both times the technicians left me their contact info to call if I had further issues. One even called me back to see how my tv was working out. Very happy. Great customer service. Moneybwell spent .

    Problem with my bluetooth.

    I had trouble making my bluetooth work on my TV. It was a Samsung 43 inch with a bluetooth adapter on it. The tech showed up and fixed the problem. He also helped with a problem with my camera. Did i mention that all of this cost me dime. It all came with my Totaltech plan.

    AGENT CALLED AHEAD WITH ETA AND ARRIVED PROMPTLY. RESET MY ROKU STICK WHICH SOLVED THE PROBLEM OF THE CURSOR JUMPING AROUND ON THE SCREEN. ALSO REVIEWED THE WAY TO SET UP NETFLIX ON ROKU. GEEK SQUAD AGENT WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE, FRIENDLY AND PATIENT. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

    Mike and Connor were amazing. They took very good care of my father and dealt with him having to learn several new remotes and I could not recommend them more! You should be proud to have these guys working for you. I would hire them in a minute.

    The rep, Lee, was very nice and knowledgeable. And tried to several remote-access remedies for our problem. However, none worked and best she could do was schedule another Tech Support appointment THREE WEEKS AWAY (after waiting 3 weeks for the first appointment). There should be faster appointments when the first visit does not fix a problem! Not acceptable.

    Geek Squad Got My Printer working on Home Network

    The Geek Squad service is a valuable option to have. I was having a problem setting up a new printer for my home network. I tried but I could not get my home network to recognize the new printer. After trying everything else, I finally called the Geek Squad and set up an appointment. The person came out, let me know what the problem was. Now my printer is working fine on my home network.
