I love having dependable access for my home theater problems but this time the time service guy couldn’t get it to work. So I called Bose they helped me get the sound back on.

Great service. Total Tech by Geek Squad via Best buy is worth the yearly fee to our family. Katelyn, resolved our problems and got both my wife and I up and going in short order. She knew what she was doing (as every other Geek we have used in this service and in two States!) and could explain it all to us.

The agents helped me dismantle a non functioning sound system and insured my tv was still working. They also helped me with installing a Raku on another TV. It was an overwhelming job for me.

The Geek Squad are always enjoyable to have in my home while they’re working. Get the Total Support package, you won’t regret it and they are always there to help you whatever your needs might be.

My NEW Sony 7.1 HT-ST9 soundbar only lasted 1 day. None of the different features would work and no volume or bass would come out of the 10" sub-woofer. Called Geek Squad and they came out the following week to try and fix the problem, only to find out it was defective and wouldn't respond to the TV or remote commands. They tried several times to reset and re-program it without any success. Needless to say that I exchanged it for a JBL soundbar. I really appreciate the time and concern that the Geek Squad made.

Jesse is knowledgeable and did an outstanding job for me. He installed my television and speakers. He showed me how to operate my audio equipment. My experience with him was great. I appreciated his patience and time to explain how everything works. I would recommend him to my friends.

Best Buy saved Christmas for my granddaughter. I ordered the doll from another site and after a week they informed me they were out of stock. I looked online and saw it at Best Buy and they delivered it the next day. The best.
