I'm happy to have a service contract with Best Buy for my Geek Squad issues that many times can be handled over the phone. On this occasion we had an in-home service which went very well, and we were able to get our tv and stereo system wiring figured out!

The agent trouble shooted my problem with my audio receiver and the end results were excellent.

The TV needed a hard reset, it has been working fine now.

Had problem accessing smart channels--said no internet connection. Reset the TV and solved the issue.

Knowledgeable and professional. The team who did our installation were awesome! An all day job which was done thoroughly and with care. They answered all questions and made sure we could use the new system before they left.

Provided excellent information and solved my immediaye problem quickly and efficiently. Also gave me relevant information about BestBuy TV's that I will now purchase later this month.

The geek squad is always top notch when servicing products. Only problem I've ever had is with the last purchase I made.....which regardless of the times they've come to service the purchase, still continues to give me daily problems.

The agents diagnosed the issue I was having with my surround sound and quickly resolved the problem.

The technician who delivered and setup our tv was very helpful and friendly. He installed the tv and set it up, including making sure all of the aps were installed and connected as well as the DVD player and the Dish service.

The Geek Squad stopped to check on why our TV had lost the volume which was connected to our sound bar.

I had 4 or 5 different Geek Squad member's come and look at my soundbar. They would get the sound going and it worked until I shut the TV off, but when i turned it back on it wouldnt work again. The last guy that came out figured out the problem and fixed it with his magic touch. We still don't know what he did different from the other guys to make it work.

The Geek Squad was great with training. Installation was done efficiently too!

This person was very nice the last time I was there they were not very nice. Neither was the manager I can’t remember her name, but this guy was very nice. He went to help me as much as he could. (Northridge store )

Good techs excellent installation beautiful television

Fixed sound bar in a few minutes and reset remote controls.

The Geek Squad did an excellent job fixing the problem.

Did an excellent job mounting my TV and and setting up my devices.

The Geek person was on time and quickly solved my problem. I need to have them back because we had a lightning strike that caused our unit to go dark, now I need help to get it started.

He got my sound bar going and hooked up quickly. Great job.
