Sony ST5000 Soundbar

The subwoofer keeps shorting out. The last one was sent in for repairs. I highly recommend purchasing the extended warranty for such an expensive item.

Took him less than 5 minutes to solve a problem I had been angsting over for several days. What can I say? Nice job!

Geek squad arrived in a pinch

He showed me how to operate my audio equipment. My experience with him was great. I appreciated his patience and time to explain how everything works. I would recommend him to my friends.

Fix my Logitech remote

Honest report!

After checking my TV, he informed me of my options. The repair on this older TV would be almost as much as getting a new one. Needless to say, I'll be looking to buy.

As during his first visit, he was very professional, courteous and incredibly helpful as he answered all of my questions and provided his input on best ways to manage all of my devices to achieve the best quality possible. What an asset Chip is to your company!

A service worth having.

Katelyn, resolved our problems and got both my wife and I up and going in short order. She knew what she was doing (as every other Geek we have used in this service and in two States!) and could explain it all to us.
