    I was having trouble lining my channels up on YouTube and the gentleman that helped and made it so easy to understand. Fantastic Service. I was 100 percent pleased. Love the Geek Squad. Been doing business for years

    So grateful for the geek squad. Jason&Franky we’re very professional. They call me like the text says they would to tell me they were on their way. They were very polite and professional they put the cover on their shoes and listen to our concerns and we’re very knowledgeable. Take advantage of their services it’s worth it.

    The agent went over our new system provided by Altafiber; he explained how to make it work and suggested that our non-smart TV and universal remote should be replaced afte 10+ years. He was very helpful.

    Geek Squad Got My Printer working on Home Network

    The Geek Squad service is a valuable option to have. I was having a problem setting up a new printer for my home network. I tried but I could not get my home network to recognize the new printer. After trying everything else, I finally called the Geek Squad and set up an appointment. The person came out, let me know what the problem was. Now my printer is working fine on my home network.

    The technician who delivered and setup our tv was very helpful and friendly. He installed the tv and set it up, including making sure all of the aps were installed and connected as well as the DVD player and the Dish service.

    The agent was prompt for the appointment. He was knowledgeable and courteous. After checking my TV, he informed me of my options. The repair on this older TV would be almost as much as getting a new one. Needless to say, I'll be looking to buy.

    The rep, Lee, was very nice and knowledgeable. And tried to several remote-access remedies for our problem. However, none worked and best she could do was schedule another Tech Support appointment THREE WEEKS AWAY (after waiting 3 weeks for the first appointment). There should be faster appointments when the first visit does not fix a problem! Not acceptable.

    As total tech member I needed someone to check out why the sound from my new Hisense U8g to my new visio Atmos sound bar dropped out about once an hour. The problem got resolved following installing the latest tv update and switching the HDMI input from PCM (original Best Buy set up choice) to eArc, which did not originally work correctly.

    Having just bought a new Samsung 65 class QN85B which is also amazing, but my WII is old and the connections are different. Brian hooked it up with ease in no time! So knowledgeable and very patient with all of my questions. When you call the Geek squad, ask for Brian!!!
