    I was having trouble lining my channels up on YouTube and the gentleman that helped and made it so easy to understand. Fantastic Service. I was 100 percent pleased. Love the Geek Squad. Been doing business for years

    The technician who delivered and setup our tv was very helpful and friendly. He installed the tv and set it up, including making sure all of the aps were installed and connected as well as the DVD player and the Dish service.

    The agents helped me dismantle a non functioning sound system and insured my tv was still working. They also helped me with installing a Raku on another TV. It was an overwhelming job for me.

    Knowledgeable and professional. The team who did our installation were awesome! An all day job which was done thoroughly and with care. They answered all questions and made sure we could use the new system before they left.

    The service tech did an excellent job.. Your scheduling system took hours to complete. My system is working reasonably well. I doubt that I will ever purchase another $300 annual fee for service

    Geek Squad checked/tuned both TVs, helped install PBS passport app, and provided input on our poor wifi service. Since the visit, we understand a new wifi tower is planned fir installation in our neighborhood - keeping fingers crossed! Squad's concern and interest in fixing our issues was comforting!!!

    The Geek guy seemed to be distracted from doing what I needed done. I had recently had a bad power surge which resulted in a HDMI port being bad. I needed find out the problem. He checked it out & determined it was indeed bad. BUT the way he did it was disappointing. I felt he thought it was 'beneath' him to do this. I also felt like he 'couldn't wait to get out of here'. !

    It was my first time trying this technical assistance. It was clear that my home theatre was a challenge, but they technicians had access to experts over the phone and were able to fix my issue within 2 hours. I had my home theatre working properly again! Thanks! T-

    The agent went over our new system provided by Altafiber; he explained how to make it work and suggested that our non-smart TV and universal remote should be replaced afte 10+ years. He was very helpful.

    Chad is an absolute gem. He has the patience of a saint in addition to his professionalism and knowledge. He has been here so many times, he seems part of the family. Always has time to answer all of our questions and never makes us feel technically challenged, even though we know we are. What an asset to the company!

    I must say the Geek Service was great the process of paying is what I currently have a problem with, The first time I paid for the Geek service the receipt was sent to old email, where I could not retrieve, so I paid twice, I need my refund
