Two Smart Guys

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The two Geek Squad technicians knew right away what was causing our new television to show a very loud, static, snowy screen that lasted about 3-5 seconds when we turned the set on. It was, by my understanding, a delay in the cable box connecting with the faster OLED components of the television. They reprogrammed our cable remote and we now make sure the cable box is on before turning on the television. It hasn't happened since.

Denon surround sound
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The Geek Squad did a wonderful job. but the Denon receiver has internal problems. they want me to send it in for repairs. but they wont guarantee it will be covered under warranty. when the deck is only six months old. the deck has a two year warranty.

Broken phone after a week = restocking fee

Returned a defective device and was charged a restocking fee although the phone should not be returned to stock. I would understand the 45$ fee if I got the phone and decided I didn’t like it but it worked perfectly. This was not the case I’m disgusted by this fee given the phone was not working properly after only a week of owning. I will never purchase anything from Best Buy after reading the fine print of this restocking fee even given a broken product. That I now read about online, do not purchase a Motorola Edge especially from Best Buy.

Not only did they explain to me about needing a new modem, but they also help me find an answer to an Internet problem which I hadn’t even called about. Thank you very much. .

Squad Concern & Efficiency!

Since the visit, we understand a new wifi tower is planned fir installation in our neighborhood - keeping fingers crossed! Squad's concern and interest in fixing our issues was comforting!!!

tv sound bar communication issue

Since this is intermittent and did not occur when he was here, the problem could not be solved.

TV issues on 2 levels

The team was polite, professional and made excellent suggestions for improving function. I was in the Park Meadows store and the Geek Squad agent Konstantin set up the appointment was also very professional and knowledgeable.

New TV - NOT ALWAYS WORKING CORRECTLY

It says that there is not something corrected right. We have the total tech plan and would like someone to come out and help us with our new TV.
