    Fix my Logitech remote

    To fix my remote control device - Logitech - remote would not change canels, volumn, acivate steaming. Your tech showed up and with in 15 min had it working agian.

    When I called, over the computer, they help change my settings on the computer, and they had to come to help me sort out my settings for my DVR, but it was all resolved, and it was not my receiver that I bought

    If you are talking delivery. They did a fabulous Job. They were on time delivered the TV into the house and showed us how to remove the box. They carried the old broken tv out to our truck. They were very courteous, respectful, kind, and polite. They were very impressive young men. I hope you appreciate them and the good work they do.

    The technician that came to our home was very knowledgeable. He worked with us on installing our headphones and explaining how to use them. Very pleased with our Geek Squad service and the friendliness of the young man that came to our home.

    Geek squad was well prepared and did a good job representing BEST BUY. They knew what they were doing but we did not get my problem solved. I have since ordered a new receiver from Best Buy and hope to have the same people come back and install it.

    My service man was the best. He was considerate of tracking up my home and took safety measures regarding COVID. Diagnosed the problem in a timely manner and knew what steps to implement. I would request him again and recommend him. Thank you for having such a team member on Geek Squad. The process to get an appointment was less desirable and I almost gave up on waiting for the appointment.

    It’s comforting to know I have educated help if I have problems with my tech purchases. I was unaware that there is an additional charge for set up. The Geek Squad was unable to set up the remote control, either. So there was no charge.

    Geek Squad solved my TV and Sound system quickly. They also recommended we look at a Sonos Sound Bar to replace my aging Bose system. We bought it and the same team just installed it today. They are the reason that we buy from Best Buy. Their service is just excellent!!!

    The reason I shop @ Best Buy, are the following facts. 1.) Best Buy provides the outstanding products @ the best value. 2.) Geek Squad is the outstanding information backstop. I have never felt I made a mistake or buyer’s remorse!
