Audio cable did not come in box with sound bar.So I had to go buy one.i got confuse on how to set it up. Stuart from Geek Squad came out and was verry understanding and professional from time Arriving to time leaving. He made sure I understood how everything worked and what he did.He followed covid19 procedure wearing. A mask and asked if I would also wear a mask.

Geek Squad arrived early and did a great job!

Solved all our problems

He has the patience of a saint in addition to his professionalism and knowledge. He has been here so many times, he seems part of the family. Always has time to answer all of our questions and never makes us feel technically challenged, even though we know we are. What an asset to the company!

This was a repair not a new purchase
