The Geek Squad is the best...

They did an amazing job. The gentlemen that came out were the friendlies guys that I have ever dealt with. You want go wrong by using the Geek Squad at all.

EXTREMELY KNOWLEGDABLE ABOUT EVERYTHING HE SELLS AND DESERVES A BIG RAISE! WOULD HIGHLY RECCOMEND THE GEEK SQUAD WITH ALL THEIR HELP.

Sonos Sound System

They also recommended we look at a Sonos Sound Bar to replace my aging Bose system. We bought it and the same team just installed it today. They are the reason that we buy from Best Buy. Their service is just excellent!!!

They knew what they were doing but we did not get my problem solved. I have since ordered a new receiver from Best Buy and hope to have the same people come back and install it.

Educated Help for Tech Problems

I was unaware that there is an additional charge for set up. The Geek Squad was unable to set up the remote control, either. So there was no charge.

Told us what wasn’t the problem

I had recently had a bad power surge which resulted in a HDMI port being bad. I needed find out the problem. He checked it out & determined it was indeed bad. BUT the way he did it was disappointing. I felt he thought it was 'beneath' him to do this. I also felt like he 'couldn't wait to get out of here'. !

Bose Speakers for the WIN!!!

The sound is amazing on my Bose 900 Smart Soundbar and the newly added Bose 700 surround rear speakers only enhance an already incredible sound.........Thanks Kelvin!!!

Performed the tasks at hand quickly & gave me great advice on my TV. There guys should be prompted & given a raise!!!

He was very personable and patient in explaining the process and took the time to answer all our questions. He was a pleasure to work with.

NO Installation required

They were on time delivered the TV into the house and showed us how to remove the box. They carried the old broken tv out to our truck. They were very courteous, respectful, kind, and polite. They were very impressive young men. I hope you appreciate them and the good work they do.
