The Geek Squad came and mounted my tv's and connected all of my devices to my surround system. They did an amazing job. The gentlemen that came out were the friendlies guys that I have ever dealt with. You want go wrong by using the Geek Squad at all.

I JUST ADORE JASON G. IN THE TV DEPARTMENT .HE IS AN EXCELLENT SALESMAN. EXTREMELY KNOWLEGDABLE ABOUT EVERYTHING HE SELLS AND DESERVES A BIG RAISE! WOULD HIGHLY RECCOMEND THE GEEK SQUAD WITH ALL THEIR HELP.

Geek Squad solved my TV and Sound system quickly. They also recommended we look at a Sonos Sound Bar to replace my aging Bose system. We bought it and the same team just installed it today. They are the reason that we buy from Best Buy. Their service is just excellent!!!

Geek Squad was able to advise me and lead me to the solution of my problem.

Geek squad was well prepared and did a good job representing BEST BUY. They knew what they were doing but we did not get my problem solved. I have since ordered a new receiver from Best Buy and hope to have the same people come back and install it.

It’s comforting to know I have educated help if I have problems with my tech purchases. I was unaware that there is an additional charge for set up. The Geek Squad was unable to set up the remote control, either. So there was no charge.

Geek Squad is a great program. The technicians are very knowledgeable.

Agents came on time, diagnosed the problem, nothing to fix , left quickly. Knew what they were talking about. Told me that if the transient problem occurs again, call and they will come again.

They told us the problem was the tv not the receiver. Changed the sound to go through the tv instead of the speakers. Were able to watch the tv until next appointment.

The Geek guy seemed to be distracted from doing what I needed done. I had recently had a bad power surge which resulted in a HDMI port being bad. I needed find out the problem. He checked it out & determined it was indeed bad. BUT the way he did it was disappointing. I felt he thought it was 'beneath' him to do this. I also felt like he 'couldn't wait to get out of here'. !

The agent connected all my devices. He was patient and professional and answered all my questions. The sound is amazing on my Bose 900 Smart Soundbar and the newly added Bose 700 surround rear speakers only enhance an already incredible sound.........Thanks Kelvin!!!

The tech was informative and resolved issue quickly.

The guys who showed up were great. Showed up at the time they said they would be at my home. Performed the tasks at hand quickly & gave me great advice on my TV. There guys should be prompted & given a raise!!!

Jake gave us a tutorial on how to set up U Tube TV on all of our televisions and other devices. He was very personable and patient in explaining the process and took the time to answer all our questions. He was a pleasure to work with.

If you are talking delivery. They did a fabulous Job. They were on time delivered the TV into the house and showed us how to remove the box. They carried the old broken tv out to our truck. They were very courteous, respectful, kind, and polite. They were very impressive young men. I hope you appreciate them and the good work they do.
