The massager works really well, you control the intensity of the massage by pulling the straps for your level of comfort. The heat element is ok it doesn’t get super hot but you can feel it during your massage if you use it.

If you have neck problems like me, this babe will give you some relieve at a very low price. I would recommend it for neck only. Not very helpeful to use on shoulders.

This items digs deep into tissue. You can control the pressure by pulling harder if wanted on the handles. Great message for the price and sturdy. I highly recommend.

This product definitely gets into your neck and loosens up the muscles. The rotation is great but it consists of two nubs. I wish the pressure points were wider to cover more of the neck but this works great as it is.

The Shiatsu provided a deep massage for the neck, but the hard plastic was almost painful. Didn't do much for the shoulders.

It's a decent massager. Only bad thing is it only has one setting and you have to hold on to the string to make sure it stays in place depending on sitting position.

It works on any parts that can fit in the U shape. If you plan to buy this consider looking into the whole body type without the U shape so you can use freely on all body parts.

This is a little rough when getting the massage but it is not to bad on a sore overworked neck. Don't expect a gentle massage. You can really only get the back of the neck

Give a good relaxing massage. Heating function gives more comfort. Works well on me especially after stressed and busy days.
