Q: Does this use batteries or plug in?
A: Plug in
Q: do you have to hold on to the straps all the time? If you don't hold the straps does it slip off?
A: You can sort of prop it in place with a pillow or whatnot but otherwise you use the straps to control the pressure of the massage.
Q: Can you use this on your low back--or a calf / leg --or is it formed --and will only fit a neck ?
A: It is probably best to just use it on your neck. Not flexible enough for other body parts.
Q: Can this be use by someone who has stents placed after cardiac arrest?
A: If Cardiac stents you should be fine, but might ask your doctor or cardiac surgeon. wouldn't want to use if pacer or defibrillator was placed.
Q: Does this help relieve neck pain if you slept awkwardly?
A: I would say yes. It will at the very least help loosen up your muscles and hopefully alleviate the pain.
