It changed me. It is hands down a life and game changer. I’m not sure if I even need a masseuse anymore. It blows my mind I even spent money in the past to get a massage when this purchase has put me in total relaxation. I love it.

As soon as I seen this advertised I knew I had to have it for my daily stress. I have a Shiatsu Chair Pad with heat that works very well but just doesn't reach the neck area and that is where this little gem comes in. You can apply the right amount of pressure and apply the heat if you prefer and and I was using this in combination with my chair pad and I am telling you I was in heaven here. Ok, it wasn't a reclining feet up in the air experiance but it did the job and relaxed the muscled. Excellent. I would of gave it 5 stars if there was a way to use it no hands!

I was having some stiffness in my neck and got this. The heat and vibration with the massage felt great and loosened the knots in my neck.

Good product for the price. The heat and massage combination works great for those tension headaches that build in the upper neck.

Got this for my law school student sister who always has neck and shoulder pains from too many long hours studying at a desk. A lot of massage don't work for her since she is so petite (like she doesn't even reach the neck and shoulder parts in a massage chair). This hits all the right muscles and really works them out. It also has an option to where you can add heat. She loves it and it was definitely her favorite gift at Christmas, even though it was the most practical.

I purchased the neck massager and found that it helpful for relieving neck pain, especially the heat and vibration setting. The massage function used two nodules that are fairly large and hard, it massages too harsh for a fairly tender area. I also wish that there was a design to massage without the wearer having to pull down on the two tags to hold the unit in place.

I was shopping for the best price on a Shiatsu neck massager. I didn't want to spend a lot of money, find out it wasn't what I thought, and have to try to return it. This one was by far the most affordable and least risk. We love it! It is easy to use and place on the area needed, and gets right to the spot. I really like the heating feature.

My mom can’t get enough of it. Definitely sit up instead of lying down while using. Other than that it’s a good product.

Bought this to help ease some of the neck and shoulder pain that I was experiencing. It does what it says it does, has a heat mode, vibration and massage. It is a bit louder than i thought it would be, but outside of the noise it has been very reliable and has helped reduce my neck pain.

I do physical work every day and after my day I use it. It truly help relieve stress on my neck.

Works great on your neck. Better than I thought. I have several Homedics and this is a good addition.

The Shiatsu Neck and Shoulder Massager provides a fairly good massage, but I really wish that it would have more movement. It only moves in an up and down motion, and it would be nice to have a button for a little side to side motion as well. Good product for the price.

As some other reviews have noted, it depends on the positioning of this product as to it's effectiveness. I think it works pretty well. I like that it does vibration or shiatsu separately or both combined. It also offers a heat option which is beneficial.

though not perfect, this massager does a very good job. Would have liked to be able to get it further down the back of my neck into my upper back but the U shape does not allow for that. Still love it though.

The heat, massage and vibration function used simultaneously are very effective for relaxing my neck. Try to use it at the end of the morning as well as at night, just before sleep.
