Great product, easy to use, and It’s very relaxing

Works like a charm, with gentle to moderate massage settings, with heat. One has to hold on to the unit's straps at all times, though, and the unit sounds a bit loud and intrusive, especially since it is so close to one's ears when wrapped around the neck.

My wife and I both suffer from tight shoulders/neck which contribute to tension headaches. This handy neck massager helps to relax those tight muscles and reduce the amount of headaches we get. My only complaint about the device is you have to keep both hands in the loops to get the best results. But it does its job and helps ease the neck pain.

The design of this (having to hold it) is kind of impractical and makes what is supposed to be a pleasant experience kind of uncomfortable. The massaging elements are a bit too solid and seem to feel more like rocks jerking around in all the wrong places. I suppose it could provide some tension relief, but for me, it just wasn't worth it.

Great for neck massages but I also use for arms and legs. Kinda rough, but gets the job done

Product worked as expected. Does a pretty good job. You just have to keep adjusting it if you want it to get the right spots.

HoMedics, HoYes. This thing is AMAZEBALLS. Come home from a long day at the office, it's there waiting for you. Just plug it in and throw it on your shoulders and hang on. The massage you'll get is deep, the heat is high and the relaxation is intense.

I did purchase this product for my wife. She work long hour in front of computer and end of day feeling neck pain. 15 min message give her so much relaxation. It work well and meet our expectation. I am very much satisfied by using this product.

It does real good for neck but doesn't do anything for my shoulders.

This. Is. AMAZING! I have absolutely loved having this. I keep it bedside and use it regularly while I'm reading in order to help workout the stress knots around my neck. Easy to use, good pressure and the warm-setting is a plus

The shiatsu on this device feels amazing... kick your feet up and rest your neck against it, the sides of your head... great stuff. I wish it were a little bigger or wider for my shoulders, but it does what it needs to do.

Works as advertised, but limited motions. Also need to make certain you have a correct chair to hold it in position or it's uncomfortable.
