This lil machine does it’s job. Was a lilttle skeptical when I received it but after I used it my neck felt great.

THOU IT WORKS GREAT, YOU DO HAVE TO HOLD ON THE THE SIDE STRAPS AND PULL DOWN FOR THE BEST MASSAGE.

Good product in working out kinks in my neck. Like the heat aspect of the product with neck message. Would be 5 star if could use the heat element without massaging neck.

It's a good massager. I like that it's maleable, so I can put it around my neck or my back as need be. Takes a little while to heat up, but overall, it does a good job.

My husband had injured his neck and shoulder region, so I purchased this item hoping that it would provide some relief. He has found it beneficial to plug in, use the different settings (e.g., heat, Shiatsu, massage), and in no time, feel much better and more relaxed. The heat setting is really just a mild warm to the neck. Some might find the Shiatsu setting fairly intense if you're not used to strong massages. Otherwise, it's a good buy for a comforting, healing device.

I've some pretty bad cervical issues and this is one of the best massagers I've purchased. The only negative is it turns off in about 30 minutes and will not come back on for about 45 minutes. I'm not sure if it's suppose to do this or it's overheating.

I bought this as a deal of the day and it works well. I watched a video that showed that you can use the handles to position it on your shoulder and apply as much pressure as you like. Satisfactory for the price.

This neck massager gives a good one spot massage, but it does not do a full neck massage unless you position it differently yourself. The spots where it does massage are on the back of the neck on either side where it is prone to being sore, but if you are sore on the sides of the neck or higher on the neck it is not so great to accommodate to that.

I bought this for my mom for Mother's Day and she loves it. She speaks highly of it and uses it frequently.

This is a wonderful neck massager that provides heat while it works. It is works exatcly as intended.

Overall a good product for the price. It was hard to see from the pictures, but it is corded and the cord comes out in a good location in the back to where it is not in the way. The only downside to this is you cannot have just the heat on, as far as I know. The massager acts as two thumbs going in a kneading motion. I have a somewhat large neck and if I put too much pressure downward, it can hurt a little bit.

I recently bought two of these. One for my daughter who is a hairdresser and usually comes home with neck and shoulder fatigue. She loves it. My fiancee has chronic neck problems and is enjoying the heated massage very much. He has one for his back in a recliner for the lower and mid-back, so sitting with this on his neck and shoulder completes the relief he receives for the entire spine. The price was great being a Best Buy Deal of the Day.

I have been happy with the neck massager. It's a little rough on you when you start out; but you get used to it. Heat feels good.

This product is easy to use and works well to apply heat and vibration to the neck.

If you have a stiff upper neck, this is the thing to get. It works great at getting the stiffness at the back of your neck.

It does a pretty decent job massaging, but the heating part is not so great. Perhaps the low temp is for safety reasons...
