Feels gret on my skins for thoses time when I am alone and no one is home to rub my neck.

Works very well on sore and achin muscles in the neck. The combination of vibration, rollers and heat in the unit are very relaxing and soothing. In just a few minutes, you feel it's working on the muscles.

i have a minor, hereditary hump, between my shoulder blades, on my neck. im not a humpback! but it's stiff there, and this revolves the motor exactly in that spot. with maneuvering, it felt good, but it became too much work. for a "normal" neck area, buy this!

Nice product, a little small for my neck, I have neck and shoulder pinch nerve so I used it to relieve pain. It helps!

It does what they said it would (massage and heat) I just didn't find it helpful for my neck problem. Plus, my problems are on the side of my neck and it does not reach there very well.

The massage and vibration settings reduce the neck and upper back discomfort. The post treatment effects allows normal activities to be conducted without the usual discomfort.

I had rotator cuff surgery a year ago. Even after my surgery I still sometimes have discomfort. This product provides the heat and stimulation via massage to ease the shoulder and neck.

Took the plunge on this when it went on sale for $29. It does provide relief, not unlike the chair massagers you find at an airport. One caveat: For a good, deep massage, it will be necessary to grab the loops and pull down.

The first time I used it I think I overdid it because my neck muscles were sore. I used the heat and vibration too. Very satisfying. It's more for the neck than the shoulders though. A friend's similar neck & shoulder massager was more flexible but more expensive.

It is able to massage your neck pretty well. The heat feature is nice add on. The vibrate feature not soo much. It gives me a headache after only 5 minutes.

Bought for a friend that needed neck relief from sore muscles. Said the heat was good, the massage was ok, but he is sure it helped. Neck better.

While the heat and vibrations feel like they help with a sore shoulder the shitsu message is kind of rough. Would not recommend for the elderly.

Soothes my neck during and after usage. The heating feature is great. The handles make it easy to hold on the affected area. I wish there was a way to use it without holding it in place.

I bought this for my wife to use as she has headaches that get generated from her neck. She says it works well, soothes her neck aches.
