This really gives a hard, deep massage and the heat is an added feature to help loosen you up. At times I felt it was a little too hard and I wish there was a lower setting. Good product.

This massager feels wonderful but the kneading setting doesn't work every time it's hit or miss the vibrate and heat setting work every time. I would say it was worth the money when it was working 100% maybe mines just faulty

This item is great for relaxing and keeping your neck warm. I like all 3 options: 1.Massage , 2.Vibrate, 3. Heat. However, after a while it turns off and you have to let it cool down but it hasn't broken down.

Modes include vibrate and heat, along with a deep penetrating massage. Can be difficult to position exactly where needed, but it's a nice tension reliever.

I use this when I get tension headaches. The gentle message and heat really help to make my neck feel better. I have accidentally fallen asleep using.

Bought this on sale (Deal of the Day). It says its for neck and shoulders although I think the positioning of the Shiatsu rollers limit it to mainly neck massaging. The straps allow you to pull on the apparatus which increases or decreases the massaging pressure. The heat and vibrating features are nice although I mainly use the vibration. I probably would not have purchased if not for the discount but I do find it useful for knots in my neck.

I didn't want to have to be paying for massages every other week!! I took a chance that this would work well enough to save a lot of money!! I would do it again. Not quite as good as a massage but I don't have to pay everytime I use it or make an appoint and take a drive. I can use it 3 times a day as well and stay ahead of the issues!

Overall satisfied but wish it was more powerful and slightly bigger. Sometimes feels uncomfortable due to design.

Works great kneading tight muscles. Heat is nice too. As other reviewers have mentioned, it would be nice if the user didn't have to hold on to the straps.

I am not a huge fan of the massaging fingers on the product. But the heat and vibration do a good job of relaxing the neck

My neck and shoulders are so tense most of the time so when I saw this on the deal of the day for half off, I went for it. It does take a while to heat, but in the meantime you can let it vibrate and do it’s thing. Some people complained about the massagers being too hard or rough, but you can control that pressure pulling down or loosening your grip on the handles. Honestly I love it! It gets pretty warm too. I hope his lasts a loooong time! Thanks Best Buy<3

I got this as a gift for my mom who suffers from Lupas. She has arthritis from it and loves that she can sit in her comfy chair and get the neck and upper back muscles massaged. The heat helps soothe the muscles and she sleeps so much better these days. Wonderful product; versatile and easy to use.

I bought this item to massage my aching neck pain. Unfortunately I overdid this by putting too much pressure in the SHIATSU MODE and actually bruised my neck. It's still bothering me. This would be a better product if you could remove the Shiatsu fingers and just use the heat and vibration features.

I bought it as a gift for my daughter who has chronic neck pain. She said this is the best gift she ever received.
