Bought for my wife for her birthday, she loves it! It takes some getting used to but after using it for a few weeks you never want to put it down!

Used numerous times! Love the deep tissue massage. Excellent way to rid yourself of a neck ache!

It's pretty cool... my only concern was that it has to be plugged in to use. So I just plugged it behind my bed. I'll use this one when in bed and buy another one for my living room

There are many product that is better than this. This one is small for my neck for some people who has thick neck.

Great massage, does the job. Only bad thing is that it turns off when it heats up too much. Have to leave it off for a few hours to get it working again. But good.

Fairly compact and flexible, you can place on your next or back, you can widen opening to place on your back or thighs. Has decent amount of power for size.

I get migraines. This product helps to relieve tension in my neck and hits the right pressure points to help to alleviate migraine and tension headaches. Gave 1 as a present to my brother who also gets migraines. He loves it!

Can't say anything bad. The heat is a great benefit and rally gets the kinks out. Going to order more as gifts

This massage feel absolutely great at the end of the neck stress gone tried several different models this one is it.

The only issue I have with this product is, while it feels good, you have to hold it around you which is annoying. I wish there could be a strap to lock it in place.

So this is a good neck massager the vibrating feature isn't that great but the massage and heat are pretty good

Emphasis on relief in this case. It does ease neck stiffness but don't expect professional results. Can be useful in the office if you stare at a PC all day.
