Shuts off

Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.If using more than 15 minutes, it will overheat and shut off on its own. There’s no way to get it to turn back on, unless I leave it off for a few hours to a day l. Will resume normal function after system cools off, but really wish it wouldn’t shut off so soon.

Very uncomfortable, hard to use

I tried doing one side first & then move to another side, that didn’t work either. There was also not much heat to this thing. Overall, save your money.

My neck and shoulder massager

Homedics - Shiatsu Neck And Shoulder Massager With

Heat mode works great and so do the other 2 modes: shiatsu and vibration massage. I recommend this for the back neck area. It doesn't directly massage the shoulders but the vibrations are felt on my shoulders just not as intense as the back neck.
