My excitement turned to frustration the moment I first used the product. Only works for neck....may work for a kid's shoulder, but NOT for A grown-up person like me. I ended up returning the product.

I bought this for my wife because our daughter bought a neck and shoulder massager that she really likes, but we didn't know the make and model. My wife said that this one looked similar so I bought it when it was on sale. Immediately when I brought it home she was disappointed in the light weight and thumb straps needed to hold it in place. Without pulling on the thumb straps the massager just sits there around your neck, and when pulled moderately the vibrator HURTS! Plus there was no shoulder massage as we were hoping. Returned.

Unit wasn't quite what I expected the heating didn't work well at all it was just red LEDs that gave the appearance of heating. I thought it would be like a heating pad. The massage could be painful if you're not careful

I got this for my girlfriend for Christmas thinking it would be perfect for someone with knots constantly in her neck. The massage didn't come anywhere close to her knots and was uncomfortable to hold the whole time.

This looks big in the pictures, but it is really small. It actually hurts instead of reducing pain.

Too big and bulky and not comfortable at all. Causes more pain than relief. Not good for seniors. I would definitely not recommend this product at all.

The prongs are too hard and hurting, they are not adjustable and probably made for people with small neck. It is not rechargeable and you have to be close to outlet in order to use it.

I found this too awkward to use and returned it, You have to pull continuously on the loops to use it and if you try to lie back it is very hard and uncomfortable.

This device has 2 nodes that stick out behind your neck to massage it. They are very hard plastic with little padding..... My wife found them very uncomfortable to the point of not using it.

Even though the title says "Shoulder Massager" it is extremely difficult to massage the shoulder. Since my primary reason was for a shoulder massager this product does not meet my needs.
