Love this thermostat. Easy to install and configure. Works great with Alexa!

I have had several of these in my prior home, the Wi-Fi capability on this model is a big plus, and for a great price. Auto control has led to significant energy savings.

Bought this to replace an older model (non-WiFi) Honeywell thermostat. Only difference was I had to connect the “C” wire which wasn’t used on the older unit. The wire (blue) was tucked away but accessible. Connecting this unit to WiFi was fairly simple. Just connect the WiFi on your phone to the thermostat option then open a web browser and login to your home WiFi network. Wait for it to connect then register your thermostat with the provided device MAC ID and CRC (on card in box). Then download the app and you’re good to go.

Easy to install. Purchased for my mom and she was able to understand the app on her phone and use it with no issues.

Researched and shopped around for a Wi-Fi thermostat that was reasonably priced and had the "smart" features we needed for our home. Had a basic thermostat and we would sometimes forget to increase the temperature setting higher (so the A/C would run less) on our weekends away from home. This thermostat fit the bill perfectly and was on sale. It can be a DIY install but you do need to be careful about wiring it correctly depending on the type of unit you have. Downloading, installing the app and setting up the Wi-Fi went smoothly. So far so good! Lastly, it can be paired with Amazon Alexa and the Wink Hub.

Easy to hook up.. The unit is smart with lots of features. No subscription needed to use the smart features!

I love Honeywell thermostats I now have 3 of them House, garage and barn. They are easy to set up and run. Thanks to Bestbuy for great prices.

Looking for a device that I could adjust on a app for android, but didn't want a to get a Google item. This worked great for me.

The instructions presented for connecting to WIFI are terrible. The links are obsolete and the instructions no longer match what one sees on the website. I still have been unable to connect and the customer support is unreachable (I haven't had a chance to wait for the hour or so required). The overall functioning of the programmable thermostat is fine.

The app makes this amazing. The connectivity and the seven day schedule make this the best value. First time getting a wifi thermostat.

This is a good thermostat but we have had some issues with it switching from a/c tip heat and vice versa. Otherwise very easy to use and set.

Works as anticipated. It's a thermostat. Can't get too excited about it but have nothing to complain about either.

Works well! We are happy to be able to turn the heat on in the mornings before we get out of bed!

The only reason for not giving it a 5 star is the set up process I had problems with. Had to get help from mfg to complete. Instructions could be more specific as to set it up. Otherwise this is a great comfort control for the home. My son was able to watch and control any issues there might be while we were out on vacation. We did not have wi-fi capability where we were so this was perfect for us to have this thermostat installed!

Buying and installing this thermostat was my first stop in creating a "smart home." I was initially apprehensive about installing it myself because I've never done anything like this before. The installation instructions were very clear and concise. It was a bit surprising how easy it was to install the thermostat. I think it took maybe an entire 20 to 30 minutes to install it. So far, I don't have any complaints about using this thermostat, especially with the app. It's so convenient to control my thermostat from an app on my phone instead of having to walk all the way downstairs/

Wanted something easy to set up and use. I am a snowbird but like to keep track of my temp. in my condo when I am away. It was easy to set up and monitoring is a snap.
