A: Yes you can use more than one and then name the zones when programming the thermostat. The app will also show the thermostats and zones covered. You can then set them separately.
Q: So someone said it requires 3 wires and another person said 4 wires. Which is it? thanks!
A: The 4th wire could be for AC. If you don't have AC, don't use it.

Works great once installed and connected to WiFi
Honestly, installation was not terribly difficult because I have installed a non-smart thermostat in the past on a different floor of our home. With that said, it can be challenging to determine the type of HVAC system that operates in your home unless you know your builder or got the details disclosed by previous owner. Once you have that part sorted out and you know how to identify devices connected to your WiFi router, it works great. I would give 4.5/5 stars if that was possible due to a functional yet fairly basic app experience and no instructions on how to determine the type of system you are operating in your home through a guide. Our’s is now connected to Alexa and it’s cool to talk and change our thermostat.

WiFi thermostat
We bought this to have control of our HVAC system when we are away from our weekend lake house. Works great to adjust the temperature to a comfortable setting a couple of hours before we arrive. The app is very clear and easy to control. It also provides a 5 day forecast for your location.

Great thermostat
Replaced my very basic Honeywell thermostat with this unit after it got messed up when I lost power during a storm. It was a very easy install just have to make sure you have the C wire I think it is in order for the wifi to work. I love the wifi feature. Definitely would recommend this thermostat
