The concept of this wireless thermostat is wonderful. I can adjust the temperature in my house even when I'm not home or I can program it to automatically change the temperature for specific dates/times. The only thing I don't particularly care for is the way it looks, it isn't as sleek as the one I had before (but is a worthwhile tradeoff).

Makes life much easier. No more, "Did we leave the A/C on?"

It was easy to install but had a hard time setting up the wireless connection because the website interface is outdated and so is the app. Also stayed having server down problems and returned it afterwards. Replace it with a Nest Thermostat

The look and feel of the this thermostat is not as fancy as it’s peers. I have been using Honeywell Home 7-day programmable for long time. This thermostat is almost a plug-and-play WiFi upgrade without too much effort.

Easy to install. However, the thermostat is programmed to run the heat. Doesn't matter if you choose cool...it's going to run the heat. So be sure to carefully follow the instructions. It took me a few attempts.

Finally found a smart thermostat that would work for our needs. Was a pain to get connected to honeywell. Took 2 days of trying to get a human on the phone or chat. It should have just been an app setup via bluetooth not having to Register and connect through honeywell.

I WANTED A SIMPLE WIRELESS THERMOSTAT THAT I COULD CONTROL ON MY SMART PHONE.... THIS THERMOSTAT DOES JUST THAT AND IT IS SIMPLE TO CONTROL... IT'S NOT LIKE THE ONES THAT WORK WITH ALL YOU OTHER APPLIANCES IN YOUR HOME BUT IT GETS THE JOB DONE.

Got this thermostat from black friday specials so price was great. I suspect it may not be as fancy as some of the more expensive smart thermostats, but I dont want my home integrated into lots of smart stuff - I just want to have remote internet access to control the thermostat and it does that. Perfect product for my purposes.

Like being able to program each day separately and temp appears accurate. Never could get wifi to connect, kept getting an error code. Honeywell said it was probably my router but I'm not buying a new router for a thermostat. I think it had more to do with a glitchy app.

It looked like a great product and had the geek squad come to install, but if you don't have a power wire in your existing thermostat, you will not be able to get it installed. get an electrician first.

It is a good product. Easy to connect and it is easy to use.

Exact fit as replacement. The wifi portion of the thermostat is great.

Recently installed and started using. It was a little difficult to get the wifi connected and account started but since then things have been good. I am able to change the temperature from my smart phone. I am hopeful to see savings on my next heating bill.
