For the price this offers a lot of options. The app is simple and convenient to use. The main issue is that for any troubleshooting on wiring or non-standard, it is tough to find the help online.

Very good. The phone app is simple and elegant but does everything well and quickly. Only negative--and not too bad--is the display on the wall unit is a bit understated. Not much of an issue though since you must rarely use the controls there.

This would have worked out just fine, but I needed a unit that had a password lock so that I could lock my kids out of it! I ended up exchanging this one for the Honeywell smart color thermostat.

Very good thermostat. Only critique is the software is a bit outdated, comparative to Nest and Ecobee. I was hoping for a bit more on the mobile app experience. All in all, good product for the dollar.

I purchased and connected to my Google assistant. It does the basics which for me was to control temperature remotely. The mobile app leaves something to be desired but it is functional.

This thermostat is amazing & worth the money! We love it! Connect on your phone and check how your house is while you’re away. Or kick the heat/air on as you are on your way home from traveling/work.

It will not let me set the correct time. I have not called customer support yet. Has button that says time and schedule. Only lets you set schedule. Time is not linked to wifi as that time is correct.

Easy to use. Gave it 3 stars because we had one we bought 2 years ago and it stopped working for no reason in less than a year. So had to buy this one

I love that I can control my thermostat through my phone app even when I am not home. The only thing that I don't like is that I cannot set the temperature up hourly (unless I haven't figured it out yet)

Works well. Occasionally goes offline. Have to reset it with my router even when my router is fine. Alexa drops the connection often and have to reload. Easy to work with my iPhone though.

I have had the z-wave version of this thermostat for several years. Connected to my SmartThings hub it works flawlessly. This one, which is WiFi instead of Z-Wave was on sale for $69 so I bought it for my other A/C. Getting it connected to my home WiFi was quick and simple but it doesn't seem to be as reliable as the Z-Wave one. Using the Honeywell app to adjust the thermostat, frequently I will get an effort that the thermostat didn't respond to the change. I have reliable WiFi at home and no issues with any other devices. Overall, it is a nice, well priced unit but remote control needs to be more reliable.

It is a little difficult to get the registration set up. It does not require any other gadgets to buy which is nice. You do need to make sure you have enough wires to hook this system up. I had to get a new wire ran from my ac to the wall.

I am away from home a lot and I like being able to control my HVAC from anywhere. Hours before I arrive I can start cooling down my house which is a big plus living in Arizona. It is also programmable as well. The installation and set up was easy. The app is easy to use as well.

I needed to replace my old thermostat that was pretty much burnt out and struggling. This was easy to install thanks to the old thermostat using the "c-wire" that's required for it to work.

Good basic thermostat with wifi connection. Had some trouble with the wiring at first, but just make sure to check the additional information in the manual regarding set up for wiring.

Bought this to replace my IRIS system that is being discontinued. Installation was fairly easy. I had to hook up a C wire which luckily I had an extra wire in my harness and my new furnace had that terminal. Setup was easy but a laptop is necessary. My only complaints is that you are limited to four cycles per day, I was using 6 on my old system. I did find the phone app to be very user friendly and you can have multiple users and have alerts as well. For the price a great deal.

This thermostat does exactly what I wanted it to do. The app works flawlessly and I am able to check status, change settings, and generally control the unit from anywhere. The only improvement I would like to see would be a way to limit the minimum and maximum settings.

Easy to install, easy to program, dependable and inexpensive.

This thermostat far exceeded my expectations especially as it was the least expensive T-stat at Best Buy. I chose this device based on price, function, known Honeywell quality, traditional Tstat style and it integrates perfectly with our Amazon Echo products.

Bought for the wifi capabilities and usage with the app. We have a dual zone furnace which doesn't sinc with the zone upstairs.
