I had to find and watch a YouTube video on how to install as the instructions weren't 100% clear. Other than that, I love it. While using a schedule is great, I can change the temperature from my phone if I'm heading home and want it a certain temperature.

The App setup was really easy and had some features I hadn't even anticipated (like voice control). And it's really quick, and so far been very reliable. Away for the weekend now, and got two high-temp alerts (another nice feature), and definitely will be using the app to set the AC down before we get home.

It regulates your home temp weekdays and weekends while home and away so you dont have to. Too complicated is headache for family members which touch and break this is my second only because i good a NEW a/c if not Id still have old model.

I have been using Honeywell Home 7-day programmable for long time. This thermostat is almost a plug-and-play WiFi upgrade without too much effort.

However, the thermostat is programmed to run the heat. Doesn't matter if you choose cool...it's going to run the heat. So be sure to carefully follow the instructions. It took me a few attempts.
