Excellent wireless thermostat (WiFi). Easily controlled via apps, simple and clear display. Added onto my existing home system with ease.

Control temperature in the house, is attached to the Wifi, and has an iPhone app! Great product to install and way better than paying a large price for Nest.

Great price for thermostat with wi-fi. But connecting to older home was a challenge because the expected wires were not all there. It did have a work-around to be able to use it. So it worked out.

The feature it needs so much is it knowing when to cool and heat my house. I have to switch from hot to cold manually but at less I can do it from anywhere.

This is a basic wifi thermostat. You can program 7 days of setting with four different change times per day. This thermostat does not learn your home away patterns or have any smart technology.

I was unaware the thermostat had to be directly wired to unit. No battery power. I have a rooftop unit and connecting made installation a little more involved than a battery unit.

Bought this unit to replace a identic one except the old one doesn't have wifi. Downloaded the app from Honeywell and now its a lot easier to control temperature when we are leaving home. Unit will pay for itself in about a year.

This thermostat has a cool app which allows controlling your house temps from anywhere that you have Internet access. It is also the most affordable thermostat that I found with these features. I highly recommend this thermostat.

Works perfectly but I had to have it professionally installed as it requires a c wire & wasn’t explained to me at the time of purchase

I have quite a few smart devices(Video cameras, Light Switches, TV controls, ETC). This by far is the worst smart product I've purchased. Here is why: 1) Wifi is NOT compatible with all Mainstream routers and configurations. I had to connect this device to a Wifi extender set up ONLY for 2.4Ghz. If you have a router set up with both 5Ghz and 2.4Ghz you might have issues 2) Registration of the device is antiquated and requires a web browser. You cannot register within a smartphone app. In addition, the registration process failed on 1 of the 2 thermostats purchased. Had to call their customer support which was a nightmare. Even then they could not resolve the issue. I ended up returning the device for a new one which then registered fine. 3) Once registered, control via smart phone app is hit or miss. And you do not get any alerts on whether the changes executed within the app have been received even though there is an alert setting that you can turn on. 4) Customer Support is extremely poor. It is not 24/7 and even during business hours I received a message that they could not accept my call due to high call volume and to try again another time. No option to leave a message. The devices were not expensive. I did get them for 70$ so I guess you get what you pay for. I gave up and will be returning the product ASAP.

Wow, what an upgrade. I love all the features of this thermostat. I was on the fence about getting this one or the touchscreen one which was over $150 more. I'm glad I chose this one.

I've been using this thermostat for about a year and a half... Great value for a smart thermostat... the honeywell app works great and I can control the thermostat through my google assistant.

Electronic thermostats need 5 wires to feed power but my system has only 4 wires with no way to utilize any of the workarounds available. So I had to return it which was handled with excellent service from Best Buy.

Good but need some updates. I brought this thermostat to save energy but it doesn't allow you to turn off the thermostat in the schedule.

This thermostat is a "little" pricey only if you do not use all of the options. If you operate this thermostat at 75% of its capacity, it has a "big" return. It is more than worth the money.

Really a good option for those who are not ready to make the leap into a true "Smart" Thermostat for $200+ dollars. This still has WIFI and that is good enough for me.

Easy basic way to have access to adjusting your temperatures while on the go. Been using for about a month. Has been simple and flawless. Price is great for a no frills thermostat that absolutely gets the job done.

With all the "smart" gadgets out there, this thermostat may not have all the "bells and whistles, but it's very reasonably priced and does just what we want it to do when we're away from home.

If you have a slight bent for mechanical/electrical things, this is a fine thermostat and app. Just be patient and follow the manual carefully--they do provide a help line.
