Thermostat just quit communicating with furnace/AC. The device does what it’s specified to do, and generally was good wifi solution. But lasting less than 2 years is just not acceptable for the cost and type of product.

Once I got it connect it work, then 10 min later it didn't. The heat would not start the nor did the cold air when I set the settings on it. Had to call the installer back to fix it and he put in a simple non programmable thermostat and that worked fine. Just gonna keep that unit on
