Had to put our old unit back in because this one didn't work. Got a replacement of this item and hopefully that one will actually work to see if it was a defective item.

It does not work with 2-wire system, and is constantly disconnected from any wifi connection. terrible attention to customers from HoneyWell ... they never answer your call! And they never call you back. People go to nest, it is more expensive but it will be worth it and the effort.

It can turn on AC but not the heat now. I put back my old Thermostat which is not WIFI module can turn on the heat. Both of them are from honeywell.

It will lose connection frequently and you can’t connect again unless you have that code.
